Unable to access your video at present, so I'm going to bed. Just know: I've exchanged a few emails with Shaolin this weekend...such a whoosh! of energy came in...then today, stillness. I read your log re: portal days coming up; makes sense. Resting now. And I will note: This evening my heart was the most "electric" it's ever been...lots of jumping, wildly erratic beating...nearly out of my chest. Lasted for about 30 min. Good to know...rest time. Ok, I just got mine cause one of my youtube friends told me about skype which is a way to talk live on camara for free as long as each person had skype, which is free by the way, plus there is live text if you dont want camara on. Anyway I just though it would be nice to join it to share thoughts. If you do get it let me know and I will send you my username

I dont get much sleep with 4 kids all under 7 but that is my challenge and excerise is a most for me. Also eating raw has made it easy for me have lots of energy. It interesting cause it feels as if a weight has been lifted and the energy is less dense, this has happened to me this past summer and I think I have reach another state in this process. WOW!!! it feels so good to be here, change has come change is here.

I am enjoying your enthusiasm :). Wow, 4 kidlets all under 7, haha.. Good lord! (well done!) . . I feel good with the raw food as well. I am not fully raw, nor fully on all liquids/semi-solids, but 50% on each of these fronts does seem to make the world of difference. Sending love, Casey.

Great vid. This weekend has been amazing. Very high vibrations for the last few days and Yesterday during meditation I was listening to the sound and then shifted into feeling a rush of Love for Mother Earth and just focused on putting that vibration into her and thanking her for all she has been through. Then I was told to prepare myself cause energy was coming. There seems to have been a shift cause even though its still a little crazy around here I feel much calmer now and feel more light
