i want to get a neutral base (aside from my UDPP). i've been thinking of getting the luna base but not sure if that would be a better "neutral" compared to a paintpot or paint? i'd love your opinion. great look, btw!!!

Hi! Well in my personal opinion I try not to have only my too faced shadow insurance for instance. Cream color bases are great because they are creamier and the shadow sticks to the lid easier than if you just put UDPP. color varies; luna is a white frosty, neutral paint pot I would say bare study or rubenesque but these are just to kind of get better pay off of color. Paints I just have one and is bare canvas.
