i have the same graphic card, and the same sistem settings, but when I'm playing 30 minutes, it suddenly shuts down. (The PC)....I think because it overheats, but i don't what i have to do...

he saw better? i saw people finishing this less than 19 seconds. it was 12 secs. 19 is the record. and you seen something better if the record is 19 but other people finished this faster? who can possibly be better than 12 secs? i bet chuck norris. he beated the cargo ship so fast, that the computers forgot to check the timer, exploded from it somehow and........... anyway he finished the course in 0.00.1. @Roybalboa yes, it will give u massive improvement, but ur processor will bottleneck the card, and u m ight not see any boost at all at those clocks, unless u upgrade a processor, even a cheap 60 pentium dual core will smash the poor procesosr ur limping on

@recordsmanukrnet No i don't. With everyone on just high at 1680 by 1050, no aa or anything, i get around average 32 fps. I blame that on my rather low end graphics card though. It's a great processer for the money and i would reccomend it to anyone. The stock fan that comes with it is kinda loud, so if you like quite, but an aftermarket one.

Looks like either you dont have a good enough processor to back up your card and give it a nice frame rate, but it could just be your recording program.

this card is relatively fast.. i have it and recently i've been playing MW2 and after about 2 3 hours of gameplay my card will overheat to 90C and shut down .. i wonder if you're getting the same problem?

no... I finished MW2 like 4-5 times and no problems at all... I guess that you should buy a cooler... I suggest buying a V8 since it gets the job done

I guess it will fit... but since you say that your GTS 250 has coolers on it, I wouldn't add any extra coolers... I suggest talking to a computer store near you and see what they say... cheers :)

i didnt put together my computer , i pretty much bought a computer for about 800 bucks and switched the video card and power supply, which is why the case sucks.i can run MW2 1680x1050 with 4xAA at 50 fps in heavy battle which is pretty fast imo.. but its just the air flow sucks. i only have one fan in the back of my case

depending on the version of gts250 you are using(512mb, 1gb, or even the all new palit 2gb), you should get at least 20% better performance than a 1gb version of 9800gt

the gts250 costs only about 10-30 dollars more, so its definently worth it

I never played multi player, but I can guess that there is a slightly difference between single and multi player... In multi player it also depends the ping that you have... so higher ping means lower FPS
