@minus5252 Well I just bought Netflix and a HDMI cable an I reeeaaalllyy want to use it! If I can't ill be pretty disappointed :/ if it comes down to it ill need to revert to stock, but Idk how to do that.
@willhilla89 There is a special GAPPS package for ICS, but the ones for CM7 & others are universal. That being said, some have had issues with this ROM & the GAPPS working. No idea why.
hi can you make a video showing us how you get the gapps working. i flash them and for some reason it didnt work. i did a full wipe try to sing in from the "setting>account ans sync" and it didnt work. i tried putting the other gapps without any success. thanks once again
@larapaz47 This actually seems to be an issue with this ROM. Go to my channel and try out CM7 Reloaded or CM9...they're much better anyway. So I have followed all the directions, including installing gapps. I have also watched the gapps video, and when this new rom boots it doesn't automatically go to an account setup. I press on the market icon, select yes to add an account and nothing happens. I go to add account through settings and it allows me to enter an exchange accounts. I add my Google credentials, then it goes to server setting, is auto populated, then i hit next and it says "setup could not finish, unable to connect" ????
@danielyabi Try reflashing the GAPPS package, as it should give you an option for a Google account under settings->Accounts and Sync. I think something must have gone wrong when flashing GAPPS. Also, did you do a full wipe? Finally, ensure that you didn't restore apps/data from system apps using Titanium Backup, as that can mess this process up as well.
@minus5252 I have tried re-flashing gapps twice, I have also wiped the phone completely and tried the whole process over. I've got the 20110828 gapps and the v1.3 froyocream. I haven't done a titanium backup because I can't even get into the market to put titanium on the phone.
Any other suggestions? Its weird that the market asks me if I want to add an account and when I say yes it just goes to the home screen. Also that the only account I can add is an exchange account.

@garfieldelgato You CAN do another on top of this (I recommend Cyanogenmod 7 (CM7) Reloaded. Go to my channel and search for that if you want to try another ROM (I HIGHLY Recommend it, especially compared to this ROM...It is a Gingerbread ROM whereas this is a FROYO ROM. You can also go to my channel and search for "revert" to find a video guide to reverting to stock.
@minus5252 Thank You Very much...i say this because recently i tried the MIUI ROM but for some reason there was an error message every time i click an app, contacts, ...... also i wasnt able to send text messages...do you happen to know why this happened...thank you for taking your time to reply

Okay i have a big problem. I'm kinda new to this so its kinda confusing. i want to get this froyo sandwhich and gaaps on my triumph but i'm not sure how. i downloaded the clockwork onto my phone and got that whole thing to work but what next? how do i put the gapps or froyo on my phone? do i plug my usb into my phone, turn in it on, then drag the files to my phone storage or my sd card? and which files do i drag onto it? - because like multiple folders extracted to my desktop. HELP PLEASE (:
@MichaelTiskus Don't extract the ROM files, leave them as .zip. Copy them to your SD card by booting the phone into the stock ROM and plugging the USB cable into your computer. Then follow the guide. Thanks for watching and don't forget to subscribe!

Don't flash gapps. This ROM doesn't need it. The gapps is for 2.3 and this 2.2 ROM seems to have gapps built in.
When I just flashed the ROM it worked perfectly. Flashing the linked gapps creates the problems.
