At least for the 2011 model, BMW actually made an effort... Like fixing the junky interior which the old one had, the bland styling, the overly firm + tough ride, the terribly uncomfortable rear seats, and less rear cargo room to carry toilet paper.... As if BMW just didn't care before.

So many good things about this car, but the drive is jerky.
Some may describe it in a positive way as 'torque-y' but what I really mean the response in the lower gears would lag.
Other than that, it's a good vehicle for a rich young family.
