I'd hate to be the Supreme Court Justices who were directly involved in the law passed starting the whole genicide of future doctors, lawyers, soldiers, politicians, brothers, sisters, mothers, dads, and especially U.S. citizens who could vote on such topics as who would nominate future Justices who might change abortion laws. Since it can't be changed, other than mistakes of young teenagers, U.S. adults should know if you do it, use contraceptives, propalactics, visectamies, and tubiligations.

I have a question why is it if an abusive husband kills his pregnant wife he gets charged with two counts of MURDER but it's a choice if a woman decides to end her pregnancy? MURDER isn't a choice but abortion is? kind of a double standarded isn't it?

We assume the woman is going to give birth to her child unless SHE decides differently. Its no one else decision.The murder charge is there for the fetus who COULD have been born, but now cant.

Abortion kills a fetus that could have been, the same as someone who murders a woman who is pregnant kills not only the mother but a fetus that could have been.

The fetus wants to live but the mother intervenes and says no I'm going to make you commit suicide by taking this pill or having this procedure. Would you spend 9 months of your time bearing something that reminds and haunts you everyday? If the pregnant person can't get an abortion that's the same as saying she doesn't get a say too. Personally I believe abortion before 3 months is fine but after isn't. If you can't decide in 3 months if you want it or not, then stick with it. Also as human beings shouldn't the person you are most responsible for, yourself? Is it selfish to care about yourself more than anyone else?

Abortion is mostly the cause of women who want to kill their children because they can't take care of them theirselves and wouldn't want their child suffering in an adoption agency with no family to love. Death seems to extreme for this, but would you want your child to have a 1/2 chance of not being adopted and never having a family who loves them?
