ah that old philiadelphia experiment - is that actual film or a hollywood job? ive never heard of actual film of it tho ive seen this before - the guy in the vid was attacked by the PTB psychotronically and is now in a wheelchair after a long illness and is very incapacitated due to revealing stuff about the project

I have seen a many strange things on video, but not to much of this kind of stuff in my daily life. Now I have had some strange experiences, but I do not know what to make of it. I know the people exist on this website, and have even been in the same location with some of these people. So I know I have not lost my total grasp of reality.
