use the hdmi cable connected from the xbox to tv instead of scart lead then go onto settings, then display settings, put on pal- 60, then go onto the quality and select 1080p which will get up the graphics a bit.

@hypernova1024 because 1080p on consoles is not true 1080p. The best resolution to set your console to is 1650x1050 Why because you get a sharper image and faster gameplay. And xbox 360 and ps3 games only goes up to 580p not or 620p not 1080p. Exclusive for ps3 are 720p exclusive fore 360 680p. Its never true hd u idiot. When the setiing is on 1080p the image is not sharp at all. It just strecthes out the game textures it doesn't sharpen them. Now if you have a pc with a gtx 570  I get 1080p

All games have a 720p HD standard, but the PS3 supports true 1080p res for the few developers that bother to use it (Konami, Santa Monica, and Naughty Dog often do). Actually, a high powered PC can support many games at 1280p, and the top-of-the-line models can run stuff at 1880p or even 2460p (but no games support this yet, just a few images).

I'm using xbox360 connected by vga on my computer monitor but I've noticed the text and outlines of certain things is a little bit odd looking. It looks like a faded silhouette in the background. It's tolerable to look at but can be a little distracting. I'm using 1920x1080 as my computer recommends it. @Excellentsaku um no its 10x better than any console. way more games, dedicated servers, and there is never lag. pc gaming is the original and the best. you dont get rrod or the hdmi problem. its an all around better experience than xbox or ps3. just think on xbox, your limited to lag and little squeakers, but on pc you could have a ati 5870 6 mini display port and have 6 24" monitors, and be somehow playing crysis at 60 fps.

Well i think you can download the update *For this Menu* from the Xbox website, Burn it to a disk, and then install it yourself. i did this with some other updates :)
