  • I really wonder if any of our leaders look and see the young faces of fair minded, moderate Iranian youths, the next generation of Iran.

These people look just like us, how can our leaders consent to want to bombing these people based off the flimsiest of reasons? Even these kids bring up the coup in 1953, an event most Americans don't even know about or even acknowledge.

All this pro war rhetoric is ridiculous.

  • I think we are forgetting greedy Americans who bought way too much house, drive way too nice cars, have way too many toys and use way too many credit cards.

Now, the rest of us get to pay the price for all the greed.

Someday you will value more than status and trinkets!

    Best,

    Gunny

    NO MORE WAR!

  • I don't think you understand that there are many honest hardworking Americans who "use way too many credit cards" to make ends meet. Middle Class Americans often rely on credit because the COSTS of EVERYTHING in the states are constantly increasing because WEALTHY Americans make ALL the money, therefore Inflation increases ALL prices. Also, those who toke out home loans pay up, but its the GREEDY lends that resell the loans to foreign investors, there's many fingers to point and people to blame.

  • I understand just fine.

  • Good point. However, honest hardworking Americans that live beyond their means on credit are not being honest with themselves. And if they live on credit to make ends meet they are as finacially unresponsable as rich people on Wall Street that do the same. I think the key is financial responsability. Weathly greed and crime is also a big problem with Washington, lobbyists and the corporate elite. Frankly, I don't think they give a damn about honest working people and enslave them through credit

  • Too much keepin up with the "Jones's". Most of my family our materialistic people. Some of them look at me like a loser because I don't have much. Some have even stated that I don't have much. Well, that's up to me. I'm not in debt, not married, no children, I have a job, a car (paid for), a roof over my head and live in a decent neighborhood. I'm content and not a slave to credit. It's amazing how many shallow people our in the world today, judgeing people on material things they have. Sad.

  • Goverments wont complain aslong as it's maknig them look good, consumer spening increases, the goverment has more money for healthcare, education etc their GDP increases... And whoever said about costs increasing, inflation should increase your income aswell, so this wouldn't have a major effect on everyday life, and the cost of living is traditionally cheap in American compared to here in the UK. Although I know nothing about you, money does change people, u will not no until u experience it
