That place was a private venue and the people allowed there either going to pay for a ticket or had already paid for a ticket to get in. If the owners, managers, musicians, or whatever it may be, didn't want them there they were trespassing and had no right to be there. He made a mistake by letting his beliefs intervien with his job.

I was at this concert and I was told I was going to hell along with all of the faggots and sinners around...btw I'm a Christian, I just like the music. These protesters were there for a good 45 minutes, maybe longer. They got their ideas out in the open for the concert goers. and then were kindly escorted out.
If they were on private property then the cops did have a right to make them leave or arrest them for trespassing.
Two issues I see here are that the police were still herding them after they were already off of the private property, and then the police officer telling the guy he couldn't record, even though he did have a right to record.

You see they too have the freedom of religion and freedom of speech, and the police were wrong. sidewalk is public property, you can't make people leave public property. And they do have the right to document the abuse of their rights with the video camara for evidence in court. The police were biased and using their own personal beliefs to decide instead of following the law.

@humkina They didn't use their personal beliefs, the cop was getting aggrivated because the protestors were disrespecting and disobeying his authority. That place was a private venue and the people allowed there either going to pay for a ticket or had already paid for a ticket to get in. If the owners, managers, musicians, or whatever it may be, didn't want them there they were trespassing and had no right to be there. He made a mistake by letting his beliefs intervien with his job.

I was at this concert and I was told I was going to hell along with all of the faggots and sinners around...btw I'm a Christian, I just like the music. These protesters were there for a good 45 minutes, maybe longer. They got their ideas out in the open for the concert goers. and then were kindly escorted out.

If they were on private property then the cops did have a right to make them leave or arrest them for trespassing.
Two issues I see here are that the police were still herding them after they were already off of the private property, and then the police officer telling the guy he couldn't record, even though he did have a right to record.

Going onto private property without express permission from it's owner, not a good thing. Use this as a learning experience. Nontheless the officers approached these christians with anger and revulsion. They were not professional and need retraining on how to keep their personal prejudices in check so not to violate the law themselves.

Yes In the Book of St. Matthew Chapter 7 verse one,"Do not judge, or you too will be judged". But in the following verse, verse five it says "You hypocrite, first take the plank out of your own eye, and then you will see clearly to remove the speck from your brother's eye." So we must examine our self's and deal with our own sin first before we try to convict and Judge others of theirs. So yes we can Judge others but it as to be in a right and humble way that God wants us to.

Colossians 1:28, Colossians 3:16, 1 Corinthians 5 6-8. Again Jesus said "you shall know a tree by its fruit" this means you can know where a mans heart is at by what he does & how he acts.
