  • @SlugMcSlug You will click on the words "show more" to open up the video details. That is where you will find the link to the written instructions.

  • This is my next project, Im going to make this for my mom :) Thank you for all your videos! When I was 8 I only knew how to double crochet, but now because of you I have learned soo much more!

  • before this i made 2 dishcloths, 3 hats, 2 flowers, 1 headband, and 2 little quick bracelets. thanks to your videos i can easily follow this and make it looks right. =D my recent history on youtube is filled with your videos. thank you so much!!!

  • @ashlinzmama Please feel welcome to share a video response or pictures on Google+ or Facebook.

  • Thank you so much!

On Halloween, many kids come trick-or-treating to my house.

Finally, I have something cute to make, thank you tjw1963!

  • @knittastics You are welcome.

  • Using the front post stitch to create the vertical ridges on the pumpkins skin is jut plain Brilliant!

Which stitch would you use to create a similar effect going horizontal, but for one row only? I am going to be working on an zebra afghan here pretty quick, and I want to "raise" up the row that is going to the base of his mane. I want to get the lift on it, so the yarn will drape better when I sew on the "hair" itself. I been playing around with a couple ideas, none work. Thoughts?

  • @Oreocremerocks You can do the back post double crochet all the way across and it will give you a horizontal effect.

  • @tjw1963 Fantastic! Thank you so very much! And let me echo the sentiments of others. It is amazing that you share so much of your talent with all us hopefuls! We all hope to be as good, and confident as you some day.

  • Sorry, i dont get it...

Did you turn iot around before you make the FPHDC?

  • I did not turn at all.

  • absolutly amazing... do you make all of these up yourself? I wish I was as talented as you!

  • Thank you. I make up my own version of crochet techniques and stitches and deliver them on a video tutorial. Crochet has been around for several hundred years.Someone long before all of us created the crochet stitches long I knew how to crochet. I do write my own patterns and ideas.

  • Thats amazing! I could never come up with such a huge project like that just from imagination. Actually before i found your videos i barley knew how to crochet.... i just did rows of the slip stich. i didnt know there was a single double and triple crochet lol;)

  • no I know that- like making a circle, but how many would you chain in the beginning in order to do 2 sc in each stitch for first row?

  • if I can't seem to figure out the magic circle, what would the chain be?

  • The chain is used in this video. Prior to the chain, I show the slip knot and how to put it on the crochet hook.

  • I picked up very basic stitches from my neighbor when I was 8. I've had to grope around to learn more techniques until I came across your videos.

From the bottom of my heart, thanks for your lessons:)

Hey Teresa, I finished 1 crochet pumpkin for my mother today thanks to you.

  • i love it!

  • Love it! I have learned from you so many things.. I do wish you would put more on podcast for my Ipod,, I have all you have on Itunes... but thank you so much for all your lessons!!

  • The videos I do are to large for the site I was using for that.

  • Love it! I think I might use the top of this as an idea for a beanie :)

  • Some already have been making hats since it will fit a 21-23 inch head. I am going to post a separate set of hat instructions.

  • this is so assume i made three my friends just loved them thks for sharing wish there was a way i could print instruction for future use

  • The instructions are posted on my crochet blog.
