its not overpowered, its that gay high roll surround fosgate uses. Typically it doesnt affect the sound quality. Even Audiopulse's LMS drivers do this

ya very true ive always wanted to get the big three but seems like too much work getting it to the alt haha..and plus my alts stock so maye its a good thing if its not spitting out as much power as it should....the thing i love about rockford is that the first thing they put outis there amps rms you never really hear about there peak power like kenwood and companies like that..i thought when my amp was 1500watts that was peak..but nope it gets aroud 1800rms its crazy haha

its smart to get a 1 farad capacitator or however you spell it for every 1000w rms your amp puts out. and you need at least 1200w rms for 2 of these.
