Something about that high E6 in Vorrei spiegarvi...that I don't like. It sounds off...flat...too bad...the rest of the recording is wonderful. That first C sharp 6 is wobbly. It must be from her later years. Her breathtaking high Bflat5 from Maria Stuarda is amazing. I think Caballé's is also impressive. These videos are a lot of fun! Thanks for sharing!
GREAT video, BZBlaner! But I think you're going to have to tell us from what everything is from! Please create more of these! I'm particularly interested in Leontyne Price!
The first B3 is Martern Aller Arten from Mozart's ABDUCTION FROM THE SERAGLIO. The first D6 is the Willow Song from Douglas Moore's BALLAD OF BABY DOE.
I love her vocal tone. It's the most beautiful of any coloratura soprano in my opinion. Her lower range was great for a coloratura. Her agility is comparable to Sutherland I think. As for my favorite notes, the G5 she sings before going up to the Bb5 is heaven. The Bb5 itself is also impressive. The second C#6 is nice. Love both D6s, and both Eb6s. The F6 was very impressive.
I have the Anna Bolena album the low F is from, it startled me the first time i listened to it.

The second C#6 is from Robert Devereux, Vivi ingrato... I think. Is there a digital version of the record? I can't find it on Itunes or Amazon.

Can't quite put my finger on the first C6 but the second C6 is from the final scene of Richard Strauss' DAPHNE.
