It's Angel, episode 13 of Season 5, it's called Why We Fight. One of my favorites.

Specifically, this scene is a flashback from World War II, Angel was drafted into the Demon Research Intiative and sent down to a damaged captured German submarine to help the US crew, and Spike and two other vampires happened to be on board, they were being held by Nazis.

Really good episode, actually. I'd recommend watching it in it's entirety.

season 5 was well good man, i remember when they first put it on sky one lol i was reading about the anticipation in the Buffy/Angel mags before it premiered, and there were talks toward the end that there was going to be a sixth season but the funding was cut but' Joss and the execs spent the remainder on the FireFly movie Serenity which was also really good to be fair. Still a shame that Angel had to end so abruptly though, and the best episode had to be Conviction. Buffy and Angel forever man
