  • You have natural beauty. I don't normally find "thicker" girls attractive, but there's something about you. You're gonna be a knockout once you reach your goals. I'm also on a path right now to get my bodyfat back down to %7 so I can see my abs again. (I'm currently at %20) Check out the MyFitnessPal app for the iPhone, it's really useful! ;)

    PS: I love your accent.

  • Ignore what people say <3

  • Trippppppppppppping!!!

  • Nope I got bored. 50 seconds. byeee

  • @ByeByeBelly I'm not big but I still want to lose weight :( thank you so much you've really motivated me -3 keep at it girl

  • yea 9 MINUTES A DAY AT THE GYM EATING THERE GRASS ON THE GYMS PROPERTY CUASE YOUR A COW!!! haha jk keep exercising!!! try listening to music and doing fist pumps!!! :)

  • you are amazing. so fucking inspiring. excuse the f bomb, but you really are. i wish i could be more disciplined in terms of losing weight x) i'm not as big but i think a skinnier body would fit better in clothes. thanks for sharing ♥

  • What has worked best for me is boxing, fitness boxing. +it's fun. :D

  • You dont really need the gym if you're going to lose fat. I see the gym as a good way to build muscle and strenght. And endurance. But the best motivation, in my opinion, is self motivation. You can still have a gym membership and still not workout. My friend joined a gym and right now she's still big. Because she always "needs" someone with her whenever she goes. Don't ever depend on another for you own weightloss. I'm pretty sure you agree with that too.

  • 4:31 DAMN!

  • ive notice this was last year. So ... would u happen to have a pic that show what u look like now? :)

  • my motivation to ride (allaround mtb) is the injection of drugs my brain release after 45 minutes - 1 hour ridding. that makes the pain turn into "go" and i so love it.

workout for peace of mind and you'll get tunned in the way.

  • lies.

  • Sweety I'll give you some advice that will help you understand serious weight loss. In very basic terms there is no point trying to lose weight by exercising. I dropped a lot of weight and I actually REDUCED the amount of exercise I did. The food you intake is 10x more PROMINENT in weight loss than exercising. Dont get me wrong, it is important to exercise but it will not get you what you want, it is what you intake that you really need to address :) (ps I know its not easy)

  • :( i have no gym where i live....

    and ive always been fat

LOL i was a small baby tho. and i just gained a lot of weight XP

  • Pig

  • @F1ferrari09 Okay, mr.troll, what is your problem?

  • I joined a gym for this reason exactly... I went everyday for 3 weeks and loved it! But then I sprained both of my ankles and ended up sat on my bum for a month. I tried to ease back into it but I no longer feel excited to go, I really have to drag myself there and everything feels like a really big effort now. Not sure what's happened...

  • Wow! I already commented on one of your videos. Again, good luck and hope you keep at this. You\ll be very very pretty once you\re done!

  • i like going to the gym but driving there is what gets me...traffic :/

  • YAY keep it up! i love youtube videos its great for motivation...thanks so much for this

  • I remember myself doing this mistake so many times. Because I can't say it motivates me. The gym. All the Mr. and Mrs. perfects starring at you like your an alien. Can't do this :,(

So I just prefer to do a long dog walk. She's taking me to a walk, actually :)

And swimming! I live like 40 minutes walking away of the sea :) so I'll start to walk with the dog in this direction, have a swim and walk back.

Though it's September - water temperature is 30C, so no problem to swim or even freedive.

  • I'm totally going to do a video about what motivates me to workout also! This is so exciting! I love these videos! :) Really excited to be part of this community now!

  • @drdawn86 Thanks

the gym and exercise motivates me too

    <3 kirsty x

  • well done!! you look great

  • what motivates me is the fact that i can h breat better with some of my weight off as it is and i can have a better body then in high school if i stick to it

  • Keep up the good work don't give up I know you can do it.

  • Great to see your progress, in body and spirit. We're all rooting for you!

  • Yay, Love the motivating pictures, and I wish the gym motivated me, it does for the first month, and then it doesn't anymore! Can't wait to see your weigh in!! I've been thinking about incorporating at least one protein shake into my day,!

  • @FindingKristy I know what you mean about the gym... I'm thinking I'm gonna get bored with it eventually. I just joined a couple of months ago. But I dunno, maybe not, I still look forward to going and it's way easier than trying to work out at home for me

  • aw this is awesome!

  • {{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{HUG}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}

  • We all love you, Jenn.

  • @benvolio15 Thanks lol

  • @ByeByeBelly We all hate you, Jenn.

  • I have just started protein shakes as well. I am really trying to increase my protein intake since I workout 6 days/week at the gym. I am finding it helps me as well with my hunger.

  • EVERY DAY that i wake up and say "i'm not going to work out today", i get on youtube to see if you have a new video and then i watch them and they motivate me to just go ahead and get it over with. hahaha

You're doing great. keep up the good work

  • @TaraFyYou Wow that's awesome! :D

  • wow your boom shorts looked very sexy with that shirt

and you looked very pretty with your dresses

you can notice a good improvement since you started this new diet. keep it up!

  • I think I mentioned this before but there is a book called "The Diet Cure" by Julia Ross where she talks alot about rebalancing your brain chemistry with amino acids..perhaps by having these protein shakes thats what you are doing roundabout. Good job with staying on track!

  • omg, I was looking at old pics of me yesterday for inspiration too! haha

you've got a great mindset loving the gym! keep it up

  • keep up the good work
