I like in the first vid how John would give Paul a "look" when he said things about juiceing. Very funny! I think the best thing is that you enjoy your life no matter what you eat....O'NOOOOOOO....John had DIARY PRODUCTS!!!!!! LOL. Also, eat some good fish. Fishing is relaxing even if you don't catch any fish.
I highly respect Paul Nison! For being honest! I highly respect him for standing up and being honest! For telling the truth. You are great, man. Making great videos, you do, the durian king. Thank you! Paul Nison, you really tell the truth!
I eat lamb once a year at passover. That's the only meat I eat. As for steamed vegetables, when it is cold outside they are a good choice. Also, 100% raw is not realistic in the long term. The least harmful cooked food would be steamed vegetables.
@RawFoodVeganSungazer steaming helps break down the cellulose to unlock nutrients. We don't have the enzyme to break down cellulose but true herbivores do and that's one reason why eating some animal foods are beneficial to us. They break down, convert..think K1 to K2..and concentrate nutrients from grasses and plants and make them available to us that we could otherwise not match with our digestive systems and lower appetites. That is why raw milk and raw butter are packed with nutrients.

Guessing there is a part 3 to this?
Still a fan of your Paul.
I know about the passover I have not attended a dinner the past few years just because of being a vegan.

Hi Paul. Maybe you should change the name of your show from "Raw Life Health Show" to "Fresh Food Health Show."
