8 things I hate about this movie, in comparison to the amazing books.

1. No Debbie Hemlock.

2. No Sam.

3. Larten Crepsley is not supposed to be with Truska, he is supposed to be with Arra Sails.

4. Cormac Limbs was supposed to be a man.

5. Steve did not become a vampaneze until he was older, which also leads to point 6. that there can be no Darius.

7. If Murlough was Steve's mentor then that means no Gannon Harst or Vancha March,.

8. Darren did not see his mom or dad again EVER in books

This movie is all wrong!!! Mr.Crepsley doesnt ask DArren if he wants to become a Vampire he has to do it Bcuz he needs to get the antidote to save Steve. In the trailer Mr.Crepsley just says Do u want to be a Vampire? And Cormac Limbs Name is Changed TO Corma Limbs to be a girl. And Steve doesnt tell Darren THat Mr.Crepsley is a VAmp. DArren find out himself. If this doesnt make sence watch the trailer.

If you are a fan of Darren, you would read his site and know that they do not change the plot of him doing it for Steve. He really does become a vampire for Steve and if you look, when you see Darren in the theater, he is not wearing the same thing when he says "Ill do it"

Aging of the actors is not a problem, there are many years between some books and that thing that happens in the forest to Darren, the aging thing... I don't know what it's called in English, I read the Norwegian version. And Larten just died :(

I wouldn't get too excited. I mean I was super excited too when I heard the movie was coming out. But they changed too much and squished 3 books into 1 movie. I'm betting its not gonna be good at all.

I just finished book 9 recently. How are they going to do any of that? If Darren went willingly with Mr. Crepsley, then there was no betrayal (from Steves POV). So I just don't see how its gonna work.

Oh my god...i hope this isnt real...John C Reilly as Mr. Crepsley? Not to mention two of the most untalented child actors I have ever seen are being casted as the major rolls. Josh Hutcherson can't play a role like Steve. And Jessica Carlson playing Debbie...a white girl can't be black no matter how hard they try. So to seem diverse they get a Japanese person to be Mr. Tall. Also, the actor playing Des Tiny isn't fat at all. Its movies like this that ruin books.

It's a shame that this will be shit. I like John C Reily but cmon him playing Mr Crepsley? and wtf is with the name changes and sex changes! and where is Sam? How will Darren first drink human blood if Sam doesnt get killed? Hmm I also hear it's going to be a PG film, that's kinda gay, I see the books as kinda violent espicially with books 4, 5 and 6, How will they do the Vampire Trials in a PG movie? Darren gets fully fucked up in them!!
