I stumble on a kid like Conrad here.

Really ,I should hate his talented ass, just cos he can play stuff I can only dream about.

Instead , I think I might borrow some religion and just praise the Lord. His influences list reads like a who's who of 'guitar-music that matters'. Kids like Conrad prove to us old farts we can leave a musical heritage in safe and deserving hands.

Play on Conrad , you could end up playing like the Masters. You haven't got that damn far to go.

Ry Cooder (an amazing blues musician) played slide guitar for the soundtrack of the movie "Crossroads" also recorded "Vigilante Man" back in the 70s.
