  • Black like you. Conservative like you. Born again like you. In full agreement with you. Thanks for this brave post.

  • @vebrotube--Oh my -Oh my-I don't usually come back-but I'll make an exception in your case.YOU have a right to be a black conservativewho said you couldn't. Also, I fail to see an original thought in your reply. You sound like a parrot. OK I'll play nice. One who is comfortable in his own skin--usually doesn't feel a need to defend himself against people who have a different persuasion. It's just so not important what others say about --if you have a healthy dose of selfworth.

  • @jason007denney: As a born again believer, I hope you know that God does not interdict free will--He won't keep you from being stupid--If you are determined to be stupid. So I guess-stupid is--as stupid does. Be a blessing--and always remember to tell what the Lord loves--and that's the Wholetruf. A sister in the Lord.

  • I think thou doth protest too much--I don't image many people give a good .dot com what you think. You are a free thinking person-- and you point is? You are-- what you appear to be-- a conservative--"disposed to preserve the status quo--prefer gradual change, cautiously moderate, think everything is going just fine, OK we get--not how's that working for Ya? Is your 401 K off the chain, how about you business, did you have to lay anybody off lately. When you go the the country club--who salutes U

  • @wholetruf : Is YOUR 401k off the chain? Did YOU have to lay anybody off lately? Were YOU saluted at the country club? My 401k is fine, thank you, I don't have employees, and I'm not a member of any country club. So, my question to you is "What's YOUR point?"

  • Have u not wonder why the usa grew and advances so quickly? We put God first..other countries have been around for thousands of years but have no growth.. knowlege is given by God not man. I guarantee you want to have knowledge then first step is to seek Jesus the Bible is clear to read or go on line listen to free audio Bible.. and no muslim founded this great country God did.. if one is a true muslim then go back to your homeland were God has so blessed your lands?

  • Pls my brothers in Christ it is not good to always indicate what race u are.. this not biblical talk.. put it away from you and gain even more wisdom from our Father in Heaven.. words can blind doors of healing of wisdom.. one open heart can see more clearly than a thousand eyes..

  • This man is born again christian.. amen.. and his color of skin is a color we should all learn and that is the color of HUMAN...

  • The word slave has changed in meaning since biblical times somewhat.. bottom line Jesus is King and his command is to love one another. Ignorance is always a seed that grows quickly but fortunately the growth is so quick that the tree is so big it falls over exsposing its small weak roots that were watered with pride.. and God hates pride..

  • "Free thinking" and "born again christian" are oxy-moronic

    signed,

a black guy that doesn't choose a side

  • @WLPowell : Please explain why "free thinking" and "born-again Christian" are oxymoronic. Could it be that you hate Christians?

  • @Vebrotube "Strongly opposed to", considering that the christian faith believes it deserves some kind of say in the development of the country over all other faiths, the hypocrisy that's in the very nature of the bible, the history of christianity in America and abroad, and the detriment that the christian church has been to the black community (and among every other group of people, but I try not to speak on behalf of them)... Youtube, doesn't allow enough characters to really get into it.

  • @WLPowell :The powers that be are trying to eradicate Christianity; remember freedom of religion? Why is it okay for a muslim to pray in a public school and not a Christian? The hypocrisy is not on the side of the Christians. Besides, it was the black community's faith in God that helped to send slavery to its inevitable end.

  • @Vebrotube The powers that be? like the entire republican presidential field? The Senate that prays to Jesus before they begin their day? The supreme court that makes you lay your hand on a bible before you speak? You say you have a problem with muslims being allowed to pray, yet you have no problem with the fact that a muslim man has no chance of being president of this country. That "under god" has been injected into the pledge of allegiance and printed on our money.

  • @WLPowell : I never said I had a problem with Muslims praying; don't put words in my mouth. The powers that be includes both Democrats AND Republicans. What is so wrong with praying to Jesus? If I'm a Christian who am I supposed to pray to?

  • @Vebrotube It was actually Lincoln needing to keep the union (see country) together that ended slavery (not his original plan, it was just part of package). Lincoln had no problem with owning slaves, but that was a concession they had to give up to keep the united states united. In actuality the bible JUSTIFIES and GIVES GUIDELINES to owning slaves, and slave owners used the bible as an argument that owning slaves was their god given right.

  • @WLPowell : Check the Bible again. It does not approve of the type of slavery we are familiar with. By the way, I thought the Bible, according to you, is not to be believed. Once again, you nit-pick the small points to fit into your demented thinking.

  • @Vebrotube But the main reason that free thinking and born again christian are oxymoronic has to do with the dialogue coming from christians, preachers, and politicians trying to make christian values into legislation. it's always designed to throw someone of a minority group under a bus to make the majority more comfortable, nevermind the fact it goes against Christs teachings. Gay marraige? The war against muslims (lets call it what it is)? abortion? creationism being taught in schools? etc.

  • @WLPowell : The people you've described above aren't true Christians. Besides, no one is trying to legislate Christianity. Moreover, true Christians are a minority. Gay marriage is against God and morality. The muslim religion, ditto. Abortion is murder; you don't want to legalize murder, do you? Finally, what is so wrong with teaching creationism in schools? Are the evolutionists afraid of a challenge?

  • @Vebrotube What facts do you have that Gay marraige is against god or morality? the god of the muslim faith is the exact same god of christianity, matter of fact Jesus is the most quoted prophet in the Koran next to Muhammed. If christianity wasn't so focused on demonizing muslims they'd understand that. abortion isn't murder according to the bible it's nothing more than a monetary inconvenience. Creationism first has to have legitimate proof behind even the basic rules to challenge evolution.

  • @WLPowell : Anyone with half a brain knows that homosexuality goes against nature. Moreover, don't give me the "homosexuality-is-practiced-in-the-animal-kingdom" lie. Been there, done that. The muslims have demonized themselves by their actions. Where in the Bible does it say abortion is a monetary inconvenience? There is no proof of Creation, this is true. However, there is no proof of evolution, either. I don't care how many textbooks or so-called scientists say so. Show proof of evolution now

  • @Vebrotube actually homosexuality comes from nature. Biologist are finding more and more evidence of the gay gene, and you can't just decide to dismiss homosexuality being in the animal kingdom if you're going to claim homosexuality is against nature. species of birds and fish can change genitalia on the fly, an attraction of both sexes is required for something like that, you don't see god wiping them out. Superbugs, bacteria that has developed a resistance to man made antibiotics... evolution.

  • @WLPowell : I already told you "been there, done that". Animals operate by instincts, not choice. Show me documented proof of a "homosexual gene". You can't because there is none. The example you gave about the bacteria is a result of adaptation, which is different from evolution.

  • @Vebrotube The people I described are christian, it's founded on ones ego being bloated as to think that you and your diety are on the same level mentally and morally. Afterall the Bible was written by people who followed people who thought God spoke to and thought like them. And apparently God was completely oblivious to not only so many things people of today are aware of, but other cultures and tribes on earth that were building civilizations and doing things that should been mentioned.

  • @WLPowell : Your above statement is based on your personal hatred of Christianity and not knowledge, because the things you say we approve of wasn't approved by Jesus.

  • @Vebrotube Jesus never spoke against gay marriage... why do you take such a stand against it?

  • @WLPowell : Jesus never spoke against drug use, smoking, and pedophilia, either. What is your point? I would give you Bible but you have such a hatred for it, it would be pointless.

  • @Vebrotube and the only "proof" you have to go on is the book making the claims... that's circular logic and it shouldn't be taught next to theories and law backed by scientific research and peer review. I don't care how much you enjoy the stories.

  • @WLPowell : What book are you talking about. Don't make assumptions about how I've obtained my knowledge.

  • @Vebrotube and are we really going to paint with a broad brush and call abortion murder? this country which responded to the disgusting events of 9/11 of 3,000 of our innocent people by killing 300,000 of theirs? That the religious right and GWB (mister "god told me to do it") signed off on, and got everyone else on board by falsifying evidence? Really. Moreover with abortion, it wouldn't be a problem if we actually educated our children on protecting themselves instead of teaching abstinence.

  • @WLPowell : Abortion is murder, plain and simple. Moreover, we didn't go to their countries to murder innocent people. Also, it wasn't GWB and the religious right that approved of the War on Terror. How about folks like Bill and Hillary Clinton, and Ted Kennedy who supported it before Bush got into office. Finally, abstinence is the only method proven to work 100% of the time. That is the only education our children need on that matter.

  • @Vebrotube No it isn't a zygote isn't a human, it has more in common with a parasite than a human. I know the right wing fundies are trying to redefine what a human is with the personhood nonsense, but a zygote is not a child. The war on terror was of GWB creation, to deny that is to be disingenuous. And the evidence on abstinence only education has shown that HIV and teen pregnancy goes up when schools teach it instead of real sex education. again to deny it is being disingenuous.

  • @WLPowell : So you're saying you're nonsense since you were once a zygote? Moreover, I would invite you to have a look at the pictures of aborted babies and tell me if they're zygotes. Bush couldn't have the authority to go to war without approval from Congress. Moreover, how in the world is teaching of abstinence leading to higher instances of HIV and teen pregnancy? THAT is disingenuous.

  • Barrasck is white dumb ass

  • Mainstream black culture basically forces blacks to act and dress a certain way, believe certain things, and holds you down if you get too successful. 400 years of slavery to the white man abolished, only to be enslaved by each other shortly after. It's a damn shame.

  • I have a serious question. Why do black conservatives have to be "Black Conservatives" and not just conservatives or just Americans?

  • @alienkid : You are so right. I am an American citizen who votes conservatively and happens to be black. I am so glad you straightened me out on that issue.

  • liberals think they're so erudite & sophisticated, yet they've got no backbone. Liberals need a babysitter. You libs read this & laugh etc, but you know it's true. You all need someone to tell you how to live your lives! And obama's sorry ass? He's an admitted MARXIST! Marxism is enslavement! Wake up America!

  • You do have the freedom of choice, you also have the obligation to listen to those who disagree with you tell you why you're wrong. Even though they too believe in the freedom of choice.

  • Black by color only. Love that saying. What really matters has nothing to do with color. What is in your heart. What is in your brain. Your backbone. Your character. Those are things that really matter.

  • LOL Christians and being Conservative. Funny thing eh? What makes you think Conservatives are more Christian? Their treatment of womans rights and minority rights in America over the last 2 Centuries? Thier treatment of the poor and less fortunate? Thier underlying and disdain for anyone who isn't a White Protestant? Your current crop of Conservative Repulicans are HARDLY Christian in thier outlook on others. Don't be confused and a mindless sheep. The Republican disdain for the poor is obismal.

  • Great video and stay strong.

  • Whoa! Common sense! I don't see that much on You-tube anymore...

  • A free thinking Black man....Truely, the scariest the to the Liberal estableshment

  • I sure appreciate your comments! as a mom of mixed offspring, I've fought against my own childhood racism and others, Black and White. I got saved at 28, and when I began homeschooling and wearing long skirts, I was suddenly a racist...from my appearance! Racism is just stupidity from one group toward another. We have to vote for what's right in God's sight, not to please man. IMHB(beliefs), God is the Winner, man, and we are on the Winner's side, all of His!!! Praise God 4 U, bro!!!

  • @mertletertle Stay strong sister and continue the fight for truth.

  • man you need to put your pride aside and move forward, do whatever is needed for black people move forward as one. Despite what you think a conservative agenda is not geared toward YOU or I or any black person. The conservative agenda is for whites. No matter how much you may think that you are part of that agenda you are NOT. The sooner you understand that the sooner you will be in tune to moving forward for the good of BLACK people so that your children can enjoy a truly equal America

  • The house N and uncle com comments come from people who lack maturity. No need to take anyone like that seriously because they clearly are too narrow-minded to tolerate a difference in opinion.

  • @MrsStr8fwd: Exactly!

  • Comment removed

  • Comment removed

  • @MrsStr8fwd , The funny thing about the Uncle tom remarks is that Uncle Tom's adversery in the book was a Democrat

  • @MrsStr8fwd LOL!

  • Yes you are right on this issue friend. I think people need to really start looking more at the real ideology of the party they are interested in and see if it really embodies there own belief system and not hate on someone for picking a different party.

  • I don't think the government knows best for all the people all the time. That's not gov's role. Among the gov's roles is to make sure that the playing field is level, that ALL the citizens are unencumbered in their LAWFUL pursuit of their LEGAL goals. This has not always happened without struggle (the civil rights movement, women's suffrage, the labor movement, etc) and overcoming power/money that will manipulate that process if unchecked. It's the right wingers who want selective rules.

  • how can any African American wish discrimination on another group. If you have studied any biology, you would know that homosexuality is not a 'choice' any more than being born Black is a choice (unless you are perhaps light enough to pass for white, equally ridiculous). As far as the people who "don't want this"; get out and vote your convictions. President Obama won by a significant majority and he was clear on his agenda. His agenda is what the MAJORITY wanted.

  • As far as Prop. 8 in CA is concerned, it was inevitable that the law would be struck down. Think about it; the same forces that kept laws on the books to keep African Americans from realizing all the benefits of citizenship in this country (from being illegal to educate slaves, to no right to vote, to social segregation, to job and financial discrimination) are the same forces that are keeping the homosexual community from realizing all the benefits of citizenship. Given our history in this

  • Sir, we can agree to disagree, but you are wrong; Rep. Emanuel Cleaver (D-Mo.) was spat on and Rep. John Lewis (D-Ga.), a hero of the civil rights movement, was called a 'nigger', both incidents by your tea party colleagues. As for health care, each of us will be required to carry it, much like auto insurance if you drive. If you are satisfied with what you have, you can keep it. You might want to do more research into the bill and not rely on incorrect right wing rhetoric.

  • @looknn Nice try, unfortunately for you ad the other liars on the left, not one shred of proof of these accusations has surfaced. Now in the age of the ever present camera phone, don't you find that at least a bit odd, considering there were 1000s of phones in the capitol lawn that day, yet even with their aids filming away hoping to catch a racist in action, there's no video.

If there is no spit, you must aquitt.

  • @FunDMentalcom Wow! If this is the extent of the comments that you have to offer, your time would have been better spent at a tea bagger gathering or some other right wing fest where you might have gotten rousing applause. I stand behind EVERYTHING I've said.

  • I'm NOT to saying there hasn't been much progress. Were it not, we wouldn't be having this dialogue. I'm not anti-American. This country holds the greatest opportunities for the Black community. Our community needs to make sure politicians we support are as accountable to us as they are to any other constituents and we don't get caught up in dogmatic ideology that does not work in our favor. I don't believe the contemporary nrp and other right wingers have our best interests at the core,

  • @looknn: If that is what you think, then let's agree to disagree. However, you are wrong when you say the Tea Party spit on black legislators as there is no evidence for it only accusations. Forced health care will not benefit us in the long run because if you don't accept BHO's health care plan, you will be penalized instead of having the freedom to choose your own health care provider. The Dems really don't have our best interests at heart. When the voters say "We son't want this!" they get

  • some judge to force the agenda down our throats (the striking down of California's Prop 8 and the approval of the Health Care Bill are prime examples). Can I ask you something? Do you think the government knows what's best for the people than the people themselves?

  • @Vebrotube:We can go back and forth until the cows come home. However, one major problem in the country today is the playing of the race card. I'm not saying there aren't racists in the conservative/Republican ranks. What I'm saying is there are more on the liberal/Democrat side. I don't consider myself a Republican or a Democrat--I'm a born again Christian. I see crooks on both sides.

  • @Vebrotube: If you want more proof of the hypocrisy from the Democrat/liberals, check out the book by Fred Gielow, You Don't Say. There are racists on both sides, so the Democrats shouldn't talk about anyone.

  • @Vebrotube Blacks make a small percentage of the US population. Meanwhile, blacks are the highest percentage of people committing felonies and populating our prisons. I know, I know, it's the white man's fault. Not!

  • @hepster7

    why do you care?

  • Please, I'm not attacking you, personally. It is common for some of the BC's to feel personally attacked, if questioned on their ideals. I'm just trying to get a handle how you've come to some of your ideas. Our community has endured a legacy of slavery and even after slavery was 'outlawed' another century of 'de facto slavery' where at least 3 generations have not benefited from the phenomenal growth of this country because we couldn't climb the economic ladder at the same speed as others.

  • the corporations, the bloated military budget and more prisons/police. And yet you and the other so called 'BC's' support the right wing agenda and the republican party. I haven't seen any instances where BC's have been constructively engaged in any kind of dialogue on issues regarding the republican party, except when BC's are called on to put down Black people for allegedly only wanting handouts and supporting Dems. I think that's why BC's catch so much hell from much of the Black community

  • the direction of the party now, IMO. The same tea party with some members that have SPIT of Black legislators, come to the Presidential appearances ARMED and displayed blatant racism with denigrating caricatures of the President, not to mention republicans not having supported a single bill, health care for example, that will benefit millions of Americans, that the President has proposed. The republicans have presented no platform for any kind of legislation that will benefit anyone except

  • Sir, no argument that Frederick Douglass concluded that the Constitution was for all Americans, and no argument that many Dems voted against CR bills. I never said that Dems are without 'sin', Yes, we know you are a 'free thinker' as we should all be, but what I'm trying to understand is how this relates to your support of the conservative movement and the contemporary republican party. The republican party has promoted itself as the party of family values and yet the tea party is defining

  • Wow. Did I lose you? I thought we could have a real dialogue in this tight little format. I was looking forward to some real exchange here, since many of the other 'Black conservative' (the ultimate oxymoron, IMO) posts are just so ridiculous, they don't merit response. Remember if you are going to be a 'Black conservative' you have to be able to logically and intelligently explain your position. Ranting and raving is pointless. But the again, 'if you can't stand the heat...'

  • @looknn: You didn't lose me. I HAVE given you the facts, in the video and otherwise. Moreover, this is my channel, so I can stand the heat. I have used logic in explaining that Frederick Douglass read the Constitution and realized it applied to black folks as well as white; that the KKK was formed by the Democrat Party to terrorize white Republicans and blacks because in the 19th century, if you were black, you were Republican.

  • Or how time after time (including the 1960s) that it was the Democrats who voted against civil rights laws for blacks. I have the facts, brother. I just don't think because I'm black that I should agree with the point of views of other blacks. I am a free thinker who follows the truth, not consensus. The heat in the kitchen may be hot but I can take what it gives me. Finally, the only reason I haven't responded to you (you have been quite respectful, thanks) is because I have agreed to disagree.

  • @RayDAider With all due respect, of course you would! Your beliefs and opinions wouldn't be challenged. You would not be put in the uncomfortable position of actually questioning or examining another point of view.

  • Sir, I'd also like to add this. Racism/bigotry has nothing to do with whether you're republican or Democrat. That's a separate issue. What I'm talking about is which of the two parties is more likely to move in a direction that will help the AA community gain traction (education and economic advancement) to move forward. IMO, contemporary republicans and other right wingers are clinging to a colonialist mentality that no longer has a place in a rapidly changing, multicultural society.

  • Sir, here is a 'fact'. The reason a largely uneducated and agrarian AA community (at that time) changed their allegiance from republican (the party of A. Lincoln, not the contemporary republicans we are familiar with today) is largely due to FDR. FDR inherited (much like Pres. Obama) an economy destroyed (under republican watch) and created social programs and jobs works programs that benefited the working class of which AA's are a large part . Hence, AA's have been largely Democrats since.

  • @itachi705 I am not one for name calling. It's non productive. If you don't agree with my posts, offer an explanation as to why. It will at least give me an opportunity to respond.

  • Sir, I didn't say that republicans hate Blacks. Nor did I say that Democrats have not been involved in mistreating Blacks. What I did say was this: I don't understand how you can align yourself with the contemporary republican party. They have no interest in programs or efforts to improve the condition of the Black community in general. If you have 'facts' to the contrary, please share them so that we may perhaps have an intelligent and interesting discourse.

  • Sir, to demean your character would mean that I know you. I don't. I have not called you names nor have I said anything negative about you personally. Once again, when you present a 'fact' that we can discuss, I'd be happy to engage you. So far, you have not. I stand by what I've said in my other posts. Your videos are nothing more than 'coming out' and attempting to justify your alignment with right wingers and republicans who care as little about Blacks as you say Democrats do.

  • Your very response would indicate that there is something 'factual' in your video, and there is not. You, like most other so called Black conservatives, are doing nothing more than 'coming out' and trying to defend your conservatism. 'Come to me with facts, not assumptions' is hollow and meaningless. I stand by what I have said, most Black conservatives are as misinformed and foolish for aligning themselves with the contemporary republican party and other right wingers.

  • @looknn: Typical. You keep making accusations while you dance around my questions. How is it hollow and meaningless when I ask for facts? Could it be that YOU don't know what you are talking about? I gave you facts but because I don't agree with you, you find it necessary to demean my character.

  • @looknn: Once again bring the facts. What evidence do you have that the Republicans hate blacks. The only thing I align myself with is the truth. Moreover, what makes you so sure black conservatives are misinformed when history is full of evidence of Democrats mistreating blacks?

  • @Vebrotube

    Amen.

  • I respect that you have the freedom to think as you like, but listening to you reaffirms to me that you are as misinformed and as guilty of the charges you are leveling as the people you are charging. I have yet to hear a so called Black conservative with a logical, intelligent argument for the point of view that the contemporary conservative movement (or the republican party) has any more interest in Black people than the liberals you condemn.

  • @looknn @looknn"but listening to you reaffirms to me that you are as misinformed and as guilty of the charges you are leveling as the people you are charging."

How am I misinformed? Moreover, what am I guilty of? Come to me with the facts, not assumptions.

  • STOP SAYING BLACK ARE UNEDUCATED.THERE ARE MANY BLACK PEOPLE SMARTER THAN YOU>IF YOU ARE CONSERVATIVE I HAVE NO PROBLEM WITH THAT>YOUR CHOICE>RACISTS WHITE PEOPLE ARE BOTH LIBERAL AND CONSERVATIVE.YOU"RE ACTING AS IF THERE ARE NO RACIST CONSERVATIVES.OPEN YOUR EYES AND SEE> DON"T ATTACK THE BLACK PEOPLE YOU MAY NEVER KNOW WHEN YOU MIGHT NEED THEM>GOD IS LOVE>SHARE MORE LOVE>GO AND LOVE ALL YOUR BROTHERS AND SISTERS BLACK OR WHITE> ALL PEOPLE OUT THERE STOP HATING ON THIS GUY. IT"S HIS CHOICE

  • By your stripes this country will be healed brother. Right now no one is hated more than Freemen conservatives. Not only do you disagree, you also descent. Rush is a little heavy for me...I prefer Jason Lewis, Ben Ferguson and GLENN BECK. Have you read Erik Rush Negrophilia yet? It is excellent. I am sure that you have confronted the real BLACK religion called ISLAM. Most mature black Christians are told that Christianity was created by EU to control blacks. I RESPECT YOU! your lighter brother.

  • @sapientauthorityace: What does that mean?

  • Vebrotube, I could not agree with you more! You epitomize individualism. You make credible points that some cannot accept. Some will marginalize you for the path you choose to take. You are not alone. Your detractors are here only to dissuade you from following your own intellectual life-path only to persuade you to follow their collective agenda. Stand strong against their storm! Thanks for the video, friend !!

  • You hit the nail on the head when you said "Grow up". See the Evan Sayet video about how modern liberals think.

  • Glad to have you as a brother in Christ and a conservative, man. ;)

  • Ditto-

  • PALIN/PARKER2012

  • PLAIN/PARKER2012

  • i agree with you keep makin vidz

  • The Reps of Frederick Douglass is not the Rep Party of today. You are being stupid.

  • How am I being stupid? Moreover, when did the Reps of Frederick Douglass morph into the so-called Reps of today? You call me stupid but don't bring the facts. When you point the finger at someone beware of the three that are pointed back at you.

  • The world needs more people like you of all colors - keep up the good work man!

  • Jesus was Not into politics .. But like you said In this video twice .. you add a little common sense to the conservative values,

think about that for a minute.

I don't Mind that your a conservative, but if you only watch one channel how open minded is that?

You said when it get's to character assassination

    it end's , But - who 'say's Obama wasn't born here-

Painting his face as the joker and calling his kids monkey's and he's for jihad? Not one conserv-stop it

think about that for a minute.

  • God bless you, man!!!

  • Great video!! We need more people like you!!

  • your a conservative cause you think homosexuality is an abomination?

Your party is the closed minded party.

if you don' t like gays, how do you feel about minorities?

    no mirrors in your house?

  • Closed minded? The Democrats don't want to hear another point of view that's not their own. Also, the issues involving minorities and gays are mutually exclusive.

  • @Vebrotube the problem i have with people like yourself is u think racism is a political issue. u act as if some 1 who is racist just votes republican and immediately they change from being racist. u complain about being called oreo then try to paint obama as a oreo simply bcuz he has some whites working with him. that sounds hypocritical. racism was around b4 there was a dem party and repub party. and what is a typical black person?

  • @sapientauthorityace : I do not think racism is a political issue. Where did you get that from? Racism is a moral issue but the MSM and left wing liberals have made it a political issue. There is a difference.

  • @Vebrotube i get it from videos i watch where people from your point of view spend alot of time telling blacks that dems started the KKK. or the dem party didnt support civil rights bill. it sounds like u think blacks should not vote for a dem not based on who they r as a individual but based on the fact that their party has some racism in their history. a notion that i find hypocritical.(CONT)

  • @Vebrotube (CONT) im pretty sure u dont believe that blacks should walk around with a chip on their shoulder about slavery and hold whites accountable for their ancestors . so y doesnt that go for white democrats as well? and when did u lose your freedom to chose who u want to vote for?

  • @sapientauthorityace your statement is very true if the democrats have truly changed there ways and if black person or any person really truly agrees with their political ideology then they should vote for them but the problem is that black republicans/conservatives are the one that are being called sellouts, uncle tom and house nigger for having a different view on politics and not siding with the liberal/democrats.

  • @beeb1421 How do you get homosexuality from a video about black conservatives Here is alittle nugget no homosexual has ever lost their life equality. That is the life style that they choose. Slavery was not a choice.

  • Well hey people call guys like Dr thomas Sowell and Walter Williams (uncle toms) also. But these two are absolutly brilliant economists. but simple thing is that those who are obsessed with race will reject anyone who dosnt think along racial lines.

  • I understand where you are coming from. If you are a free thinking black man, why label yourself with groups that care nothing for you. Liberal, Conservative, Republican, Democrat. Brother, neither of these groups wanted you legally till 1965. You speak of an open mind and common sense, then be original, blaze a new trail, or are you trying to get on FOX one day. I guess, whatever you have to do to get yours. Peace Brotha.

  • Nah, man, I'm not trying to get on FOX, but if I do, I would be honored. However, you are wrong about the conservative/Republicans. The Republican Party was formed to end slavery and the KKK was founded by the Democrats to be a terrorist group against the Republican Party.

  • Hmm... you know, I think it's difficult to be a Black Conservative these days. I wouldn't dream of being a Conservative myself, but not all Black people are in the same situations.

So, do your thing my man. Sooner or later, we're going to need Black Conservatives ...like we're going to need Black Dems, and Black Independents.

But, you're wrong about Rush. I believe he doesn't like Black people... how can he with the stuff he says? I think Hannity is just doing what he's told to do.

  • I've listened to Rush since '95 and I've never heard him say anything racist.

  • I think Rush has a problem with African-Americans in this country, well at least the Liberal ones...

If you listen to his tirades, it's pretty clear to me. "Barack the Magic Negro" for example.

  • I hear you. I have a problem with liberal blacks myself. However, the phrase "Barack the Magic Negro" was coined by a New York Times writer, not Rush Limbaugh.

  • Whenever I do listen to Rush, I get the impression that he's not about unity... he's a very partisan kind of guy.

--Well, coming from a fellow Black man, who's NOT conservative... I want to tell you to keep doing your thing.

The more areas we have African-Americans in, the better for us as a community. I really do believe that.

  • Hey, we agree to disagree. However, I appreciate your respect, something that is lacking in other folks who disagree with me. For that, I thank you.

  • @Vebrotube Rush told a black caller to take the bone out of his nose, you don't think that's racist. He's also made comments about the NFL looking like Crips and Bloods without weapons. I could go on, but I'm pretty sure that if you typed in something like "Rush Limbaugh's Racist Comments" on YouTube you'd find a lot of other racist shit or at least racially insensitive comments he's said. You really are lost brother, I actually feel sorry for you. It's obvious that u hate urself and ur people.

  • Okay, so what is it about us that the conservatives don't like. I can say the same about liberals. State the facts and don't elaborate on talking points.

  • I am tired of you black conservatives. Conservatives dont like you, you have no reason to be a conservative.

  • The only people who do not like the black conservatives are the left liberal media groups and liberals themselves.

  • @PrayingForTheSun and real black ppl

  • @PrayingForTheSun LOL! your grasp for the obvious is astounding. what is so great about that statement? im sure the only people who do not like black dems is the right-wing media outlets and right wingers themselves. so now that we have that established exactly how does that move the political discourse forward since we now have the obvious out of the way?

  • @PrayingForTheSun It has to do with black conservatives' existance disproving what the lefties are shoving down our throats- that Republicans are hardliner racists of the white color and nothing else.

When we started seeing more vocal rightist minorities, out came the talks about the poor latinos, negros, asians, native Americans being turned into soulless drones for the evil white man.

Lemme tell you this- the Democrats were against the minorities until they wanted another voting block.

  • Democrats aren't so loving, either.
