  • @yadilyna any grocery store in the spice isle you will find saffron.

  • Check out my channel for my Arroz con pollo remix ( I used spinach) and its really easy to make. I am a college student so I need quick meals that remind me of home.

  • Can't you cook the rice first otherwise the nutrition from the vegetables is cooked out

  • @Reverseflush eh????? how much nutritcian do you expect to lose from 3 minutes cooking of onion loool besides the rice absorbs the cooking liquer but also the rice isnt meant to be dry cooked its only there to be 'SEALED' BEFORE STOCK IS INTRODUCED.jeepers creepers where do they get these cooks from round the friggin world

  • I have never been a big capers fan. I do love olives but have never used it in this recipe.

  • I think he's trying to make this a different way for people seeking alternatives for losing weight. I'm puerto rican, too, but this would be a great way to make it for me without the white rice, jarred sofrito, and stuff that I should be avoiding :)
