It works best for me off a black / grey back drop. Try to keep the paint extra dry on the dry brushing that may help:)

Lots of stuff man! Take Tamiya 1/48th and 1/54th scale WW2 Kits and covert them for 40k using plasticard. Also do the styrene terrain (not as good as you though) when I can actually find the darn stuff! Though I focus mainly on little things like bunkers, walls, or ruined buildings for my shops games.

Looks great Bill!!! i just have a question, do you think that making scale stairs is better for terrain making. or do you like the steps where the figs can stand on...i usually make it so they can stand but that only because i think it's easier. any tips?

Do scale stairs with upside down stairs that a fig can stand on then remove when they are not one the stairs:)! Pm me if this dosen't make scence to you:)
