  • r u flexible becoz 50 seconds through to 1:02 was sick

very chilled video thanks 4 upload

  • @trulgn thanks heaps man> I'm pretty proud of my basic, more traditional kicks so your compliments are much appreciated :D

  • @itsnotDMTN Yh I am a fan of kicks but im not very flexible

I would like to know if these moves require a high level of flexibility before i try them and die of leg strain

so are u close to doing full side or front splits ?

  • @trulgn Yeah, these kicks and flips definitely require flexibility and shouldn't be tried without properly warming up and at least having a moderate level of flexibility. All in the name of safety man. A lot can go wrong - knee, ankle, thigh and ligament injuries. I can side split but middle is too damn hard lol. Hope I've been helpful. Also, how did you find this video btw if you don't mind me asking?

  • @itsnotDMTN i think ur in my subscribed video or I just looked through ur videos cant remember

as i was saying im not very flexible i find my front split is way easier than side split but im not anyway near to doing either.

i have been able to adapt my flexibility as i can jacknife and 720 split double but im always abit cautious when trying new kicks as i get alot of strain in my muscles when i try or learn new kicks because my lack of flexibilty.

what do u call the move @t 1:00?

  • @trulgn I'm not sure about it's real name but I've always called it a "triple kick". You leap and perform a side-split double kick, then another round house kick before you land. It's not the best example of the kick so i reckon you should check out this amazing X.M.A./tricker named Matt Emig instead performing it in the middle of his competitive form @ youtube.com/watch?v=VWLjHJl5pcQ

  • God I hate my hyper landings. I always drop my hands. More drilling :(
