Well once you listen to him as Yzak, you can notice that his voice has been dying down.

His VA did comment that after voicing Domon he lost his voice for a while.

I always find it funny how the enemy grunt pilots panic when you shoot them down. :) As for the vid itself, Domon's God Gundam is proof that you don't need devastating weapons to have a powerhouse Gundam (though they're still cool). Seems Graham believes this too, to the point that he spoofed Domon's specialty move. XD

Cutscene attack only, when you take out the Devil Gundam at the end of the final G Gundam stage. Sucks that you can't use it anywhere else. :(

Love Love Tenkyoken is a fairly common attack in Super Robot Wars, usually between the God and Rising Gundams.

There's a video of it from SRW:MX on Youtube, look it up sometime.
