Different approach compared to Poland. They're stripped of useful stuff first (like seats, engine parts, destination displays, cables, etc.) and only then send to the scrapper on a trailer truck.
Hi KimB10M. When the buses go to the scrap to be destroyed, they go with mechanical parts? (engine, gearbox, etc)? Don't they reuse these parts for spare or for sale as used to other countries for example?
Best regards from Portugal and sorry about my bad english :-)
@TaveiraRic: They are all driven by their own power to the scrapper, they are complete when they arrive to the scrap yard, and no parts are taken out. You can also see at the end of the video, that the engine and gearbox is ripped out with the grab.
No, there are no business in Denmark with used bus-spareparts. There are also plenty of sparepart dealers all over Europe, no need for more.
@TaveiraRic: Yes, it is a very good looking bus, but buses today has got short lifespan, and these (modern buses) are not built to last 20 years. These ones are from 1996, and so they are mature for scrapping.
@KimB10M This is the SATANIC western policy, to destroy what the others are longing for. I've seen in Tunisia older Volvo articulated buses, from the 80s. Disgusting!

@KimB10M Thanks for your answer. However, as a busfan like I am, I feel very sad to see a still so good look bus being scrapped this way :-(
