  • A great British song from 1928 and still as fresh as the day it was written. This Sinatra version must rank among the best ever.

    Thank you for sharing.

  • Great song! Approximately how many Frank Sinatra songs do you think there are?

  • @TheSonyVaio94 Frank recorded more than 1000 songs during his career.

  • @SinatraFan64 Wow and to think I only have 147 songs makes me feel that the best is yet to come!

  • One of the best he ever did. The arrangement by Robert Farnon is tremendous. It ranks with "Drinkin' Again" by Johnny Mercer as among my favorites by F.S. I've felt the way the lyrics describe the situation in both songs--back in the forties and fifties when I was in high school.

  • Great post. I love Sinatra's swing version off "The Capitol Years." This slow-down version is also quite good. TY! =)

  • @mrshiggs1 in most cases I would agree that the swing version is better, but I have to say that I'm a bit partial to this cut. Thanks for the comment

  • @SinatraFan64 Just goes to show you, a talented singer like Sinatra can make every version sound perfect. I appreciate your channel. You're a terrific Sinatra source. Have a super day: wishing you lots of summer wind... lol =)
