Yes, Mokona is originally from Rayearth, but CLAMP included Mokona as a character in Tsubasa Chronicle, along with many of their other past characters. However, this is a different Mokona than the one in Rayearth. (I like this one better because it talks and is actually funny. :P Rayearth Mokona was annoying)
