@ComradeOblivious Tell me. What were the circumstances under which he stood in for Massa? He hadn't driven the car in months, he hadn't taken part in a single motor race since 1999. With no in-season testing allowed, he had never driven the car, as the car he had driven in January had changed dramatically since then. Also, how well did Fisichella do in the car having just scored a podium for Force India?
@ComradeOblivious Badoer markedly improved from Europe to Belgium, while Fisichella had six races with no results. Luca had barely even driven the car, because the testing ban meant that Massa and Räikkönen got the most seat time. Badoer had almost no influence in the car's development.
