Okay what are you talking about? Champagne is carbonated and Rosé is not traditionally carbonated. Essentially so called Rosé Champagne is just sparkling Rose which isn't even Champagne because it isn't produced in Champagne and isn't even made in the same way like you're alluding to. It's made using grape skins (Saignée method). Rosé is a type of wine and if made sparkling by a bunch of guys wanting to attack a niche that doesn't make it Champagne. 1
