Yeah, but for the most part, Naruto is drawn realistically, and the charcters have very realistic weaknesses. Unlike freaking one piece. And one peice has its intelligence in the show, but a fair share of exaggeration. Love all three animes, but ROck Lee only moves at sonic speed, just to clear any confusion. Despite what you see in the anime, he could never match Goku blow for blow. He's still bad as hell. Haku could, but the kunai would break against goku's skin.
