the ball flying out of his hand is his animation for casting spells.

If you watch closely in the beginning he targets the ground and that is where the ball goes. So he did not destroy the tower with a cheat. Whenever Blood Mage casts a spell it throws a ball out to the point were he targeted the spell. Its part of his animation. So marko you did not watch carefully or you just don't know much about the game.
