When I play FSX in JFK, it doesnt work at all...stuck

no thats when a pilot dumps fuel, it does look similar to contrails but thats not it. Contrails or vapour trails are visible trails of condensed water vapour made by the exhaust of aircraft engines. to put it simply, when you see a plane flying in the sky with white trails behind it, thats the contrails.

i dont think you can do it in fs2004 without certain add ons, of which i do not own any. however in fsx you can dump fuel by pressing and holding ctrl and D.

Well some people say fs2004 is only better with add-ons making it more realistic. But this is a better idea buying add-ons for fs2004 as you will get better FPS. There is also a wider range of add-ons for fs2004 as it has been out longer. If you dont have a very good pc then , fsx in low settings isnt great but if you have a high spec pc fsx would be better.

although it can run it but it plays like shit and when you use FRAPS to record my frame rates drop from 47 all the way down to 6-7-8 and lags like fuck i put windows xp back on my comp few hours ago and it runs like a dream i am making a vid now with high frame rates so i reccomand run it on windows xp pro

can someone please help me out? straight takeoff on airliners, how many degrees up should the nose be when the aircraft has just taken off??i usually take it to about 10degrees but watching real takoeffs from the cockpit 20 but on fs2004, 20 degrees looks way to steep - can someone please tell me the proper amount??

usually 20 degrees untill you reach 200-210 KIAS then you level off to 10 degrees and hold the engines at 75 N1 percent. On your autopilot, set your altitude to 2000 ft above your ground altitude, and apply full throttle. At 130 KIAS, arm the autopilot and the plane should lift off at 170 KIAS at 20 degrees. It should then level off to 10 degrees.

To open doors, press Shift+E (the same to close). And for the takeoff it's very simple, just set flaps to 20 degrees and activate full thrust of course, and get enough speed, then pull back the joystick slightly (or the mouse if you are using mouse)... That's it.
