The toxic algae has indeed been a problem and is due to a terror worse than the cheney led gulf oil spill. It is due to the horrific amounts of pestides that run into our rivers from our backyards, crops and other man made garbage.

Reaction...... Get rid of algae. We need our fishing and shrimping.
