@Fijigiga Im not gonna go too deep here, but mr chi city follows the unwritten rules of youtube, AND the money he earns he actually gives to charity. Along with a good portion of his own money as well. But thats not really necessary for a big partner, what chicity was talking about, was misleading titles, thumbnails, begging for ratings and favorites, all combined with a lack of quality, it drags the quality of content on youtube down, and makes it harder for people with honest hearts to get by.
