Looked a good game. Animation for the main character was excellant. Last year I was dragged on a weekend ghost hunt at a derelict WW2 base. I was sober for most of the weekend. Effing balls it was. I was getting shakey at the end. Someone commented on it. It was to do with the lack of Spirits.
Was a good game years ago. Tricky now. Those ghost things are always in dark stately homes. Bet Lord Fawlty's got a few spirits in his place. Some places have an atmosphere but I think it's all in the mind. Take a few ciders to those places and nothing happens. The spirit of Smirnoff compels you.
how about scooby doo in the castle of mystery next? or in 2008 sometime? i used to play that around th same time of ghosthunters. the game spawned the "scooby award" in the gremlin column of sinclair user, which was given to much-delayed games!
yeah, ive been waiting ages to see this one! think i requested it with collieflower months ago?! it was very buggy and the central sprite would often end up outside the house! nice to hear a bit of speech albeit sounding like john merrick with a mouth full of snap, crackle and pop!
I completed this years ago but it's very difficult now. Don't recall it being buggy though. Maybe you didn't purchase a decent version...lol! I'm always up for a few bugs in games. How do I get outside the house? The Elephant Man rules!
the central character would end up outside the outer wall nearly all the time i played this. maybe i had a cheap copy to be honest? the bug would happen when you jumped from screen to screen (normally if you attempted to do an improbable jump or fall of some sort)
fantastic game..they should release all this and other spectrum games on andriod
