You could have just read the Bible from the bedside table in that room and I'd have watched this video, but thank God you decided to work out instead.
These videos are great man! I travel a good amount, but when I am not traveling, I still don't have a lot of time to work out at home or anywhere else. I love this because they're a lot more practical than most, and you can do these anywhere.
This is awesome not just for hotel rooms, but for the bedroom before the morning run. Just started this and already feeling it. Thanks, Jeff, keep 'em comin. (I mean the workouts, not just the ladies, LOL)
This is a great workout either for maintenance or introducing yourself to strength-training. I love the time-condensed compound movement workouts, because they really pack the most punch in the least amount of time. Thanks for posting this!
good stationary exercises training but too focus on the arms and chests maybe modify a little like after 12min add an intense leg routine like 1-2 sets of burpees or alternate leg thrusts to make it more complete.
It's so the chest and tri muscles can have time to respond and grow as they remain at relative rest. Plus, to avoid the 'bird legged' look it's best to build leg muscles at the same time.
The only ones in danger of that are people that only live in hotels rooms. Its a work out for when your on the road staying at dirty little motel x with no gym.
pretty good. You might want to say "...bring your hands close inwards..." or "...Inwards a bit more..." "futher Inwards" is a bit oxy moronish. Btu, other than that it was cool.
Great video. Your ideas are creative. One thing: it really seems like you're moving too fast. I've found that I build far more muscle and strength when I do each push up very slowly on the way down with a fast push on the way up. The faster you go the more likely you are to have bad form. If people are interested in developing their strength and muscles, they should avoid going so quickly. When I shifted from fast, slipshod push ups and slowed down, I saw a dramatic difference in muscle growth.

I would like this workout to incorporate some lower body. Get the big muscle groups involved. Burn some fat.

perhaps with the suitcase, make sure you use the side that does not have wheels-he nailed himself in the head the first time: 2:47.

er... maybe you shud look carefully, the video title says 20 minute hotel workout, where does it say this video is a 20 minute tri & chest workout?
ILUVBAKKUA 4 years ago
he says it around second 26-28.
lusvellFTW 4 years ago
he says it at the front of the video "its a 20 minute chest and tri workout"

its a chest and tri workout. I don't see how adding a leg exercise in the middle is even remotely relevant.

Nice. What about biceps? I know pushups work biceps to some degree but is it enough to exclude a bicep exercise?
Is part 2 going to be for lower body :D?
Thanks,
