Oddly, I notice it says it was based on a comic-book, the comic "Reptisaurus" began as a movie adaptation of the 1961 Danish B-movie "Reptilicus", so this is an indirect remake/sequel to Reptilicus.

After the box-office success of Roland Emmerich's Godzilla, producer/director Sidney Pink tried to get a sequel/remake made, before his unfortunate passing in 2002.

Oh God, why make a movie like these Reptisaurus, Eden Formula, Aztec Rex, Pterodactyl, Anaconda 3 and Boa vs Python for examples, the animations are awful and when it interacts with the surroundings it doesnt even seem realistic, and the actings and filming style is just bad, these kinds of uninteresting movies are not that worth seeing, if you going to do a movie, then make it a real movie like Transformers, Jurassic Park or Alien vs Predator for examples, and not some boring crap, sorry!

Hahaha! Well, Spielberg DID do a good job with the animation, but the storyline wasn't worth a shit. All his films are family-oriented, like some damned after-school specials! I was thinking more along the lines of the producers of the "Walking With" series. They did a much better job with animation and killing and all that.
