it's quite the opposite... You should wear the gloves inside tha sleeves. Waterproof jacket + waterproof gloves, if you put the gloves outside the sleeves, with the first stop your gloves will fill with water! P.S. Airflow doesn't push the water inside the sleeve (at least not at 100kph!)

I think that gloves should be worn over sleeves otherwise when ridding at 100kph airflow pushes rain under the sleeves.. and when you are stopped then hende hoh!
