@SaqqaWaka It isn't. Typically unlocking tools are marked as trojans to disencorage people from using them. Some of them are in fact trojans, but this is not the case.

You don't need to buy the game, you can use a code from diffrent Game For Windows Live and add it in this one and it will work, you will be able to play online without actually buying the game.

@lansio94 I don't know any patches for SF4 PC. If you're using the DVD version, it should work without a problem. That is my version too. Make sure to retrace your steps and do it over again. Maybe you missed something.

Is there only 1 alternate costume per fighter? I used the costume toggler but it only seems to let me change to one other costume per fighter?

@CJCartoons SF4 only has one alternate costume per character. Super street fighter 4 has more, but it is still not available in PC.

It is a shame that SSF4 isn't going to be on PC but i read that they're not going to do it because they fear there'll be a great loss in capital due to piracy.

Are the costume mods for this any good? I'm thinking of maybe getting into modding/making some of my own and probably downloading a few.

@CJCartoons No problem;) Piracy is also an issue in XBOX 360 and they launched SSF4 there, so I do not understand this decision. Nevertheless, I think the Arcade Edition version will come out for the PC. The costume mods for SF4 are excellent. I believe someone even copied the alternate costumes from the SSF4 console versions to the PC SF4 versions, so you can use all the costumes in this game. Check out sf4mods.pbworks.com.
