@EwwwItsJenny I got mine at a store that sells varsity jackets for our area. If you got it at forever 21 etc. then it is def. fake but if you got your letter from playing a varsity sport and the store you bought it will sew them on then it is probably real :) not all real ones are leather only the guys at our school wear leather but I play varsity tennis and ours are cloth

what i do is carry an extra pair of shorts that are knee length in my bookbag just in case if my shorts are too short because if they are too short we have to wear a giant yellow shirt
