Well going to war with the paublo nations is your problem because one of the regions they own is one of the teratories you have to get if you want new spain in your nations

flanders isnt really part of the netherlands, its actually belgium

well yes and no, they are now, but it is still the greater netherlands, flanders is in the southern netherlands, as opposed to the United Provinces in the federated netherlands.
