after the original evangelion anime, the AS manga has probably the most influentual story that was created in past 20 years. They should do again with the original as a bonus or in movies like rebuild of evangelion.

In Angel Sanctuary's case (and I'm a rabid fangirl when it comes to Angel Sanctuary mind you..) I prefer the manga a million times than the anime...Why? The main reason is because the anime is incomplete...it ends right when the storyline is just getting started in the manga....trust me when I say your better off reading the manga..you get the whole story and in a million times more detail.

Also the number of wings have to do with how powerful an angel is. The more wings they have the more powerful. So obviously someone like Adam Kadamon with six wings is right at the top of the angel hierachy.
