  • can barely understand him. she sounds fine but HE needs to OPEN HIS FUCKING MOUTH AND PRONUNCIATE...and I speak perfect English.

  • A rare strain of flu so powerful and so deadly it can only be matched by the Bubonic Plague and Aids. A incurable virus which has adapted to only effect the "XY" gene found in men. The virus attacks the immune system 10,000 times harder than the average flu virus, causing excruciating pain for the victim. Man Flu has no cure and prayers can save the forsaken life of the infected. The often deadly virus is mostly laughed at by women who sadly cannot contract "Man Flu"

  • @MyRobert90 right smithson we get it

  • great job the timing is excellent,,say hello to joe

  • Funny but too long..

  • And so the ''Man Bear Pig'' is born!

  • The average man works damn site harder than a women - who mostly sit about watching daytime tv and nattering utter bollocks. Blokes work all week to be moaned at. women have a better immune system, if women do work health and safety looks after them better too. Men are generally treated worse than women, and women are sexist and shallow!

  • "sure I'was only getting 7 or 8 hours sleep a night..."

    Genius!

  • Man Flu the truth - a word invented by women because Men are not allowed to be ill - men being unwell takes all the attention away from the woman

  • @1:23, "there was another one RUBBING MY FART"??

  • @jamesmhburden forehead, obviously.

  • I dont like their faces.

  • This is great video! but apparently manflu is a real thing and is much more than a common cold, its a virus that only attacks the X & Y cromasones which is obviously why only men can get it lol and its been surveyed that woman phone in sick twice as often as men do ;) (but still a crackin video)

  • Kildare Accent?

  • This is fantastic!

  • Great stuff

  • Such bravery to face the cameras and tell the truth about a condition that we men have had to suffer alone, and misunderstood by all around us, even our wives and children, for far too long. This video is a shining beacon of hope for millions of men all over the world. He's my man of the year!

  • I know exactly how he feels I have had this terrible ManFlu as well, all the same symptoms, it was touch and go as to whether I could get to the pub but I managed, I didn't want my wife to get upset so I was incredibly brave and hid my suffering.

  • My heart goes out to poor Joe.

  • its funny but acting wasnt my fav it was ok...the woman was better than the man she made it more believable than the man but it was like the man had nothing going on in his eyes. sorry i could be just picky.. enjoyed it none the less.

  • @YourButtSucks Give the man a break, didn't he say he's in remission... He's not cured yet like...

  • @rastabluespliff Thank you, they were both brilliant alright!

  • Thanks for sharing this invaluable health information. I actually thought a few Lempsip would shake it off in 2 or 3 days, but the recovery rate is obviously much longer. I have certainly learned to be more sympathetic to men who are going through this.

  • how did they keep straight faces, brill.......

  • ha ha ha this is Brilliant, great acting!!

  • @davidmunnelly They were both brilliant aright, they made the sketch what it is really

  • @Manwith3buttocks

  • @Kelnar7 You can't understand what he's saying in the video? Hmmmm, what can we do there?....... How about you try getting over it?

  • @videogameobsession Huh?? what do you mean acting? I think this was real? It felt like a real experience to me! thanks @Manwith3buttocks for highlighting this serious condition and showing that only through quick treatment and understanding can we help victims!

  • Kudos. Brilliantly crafted and scripted with great comic timing. Bravo!! I nearly developed another medical condition watching this. Incontinence.

  • @thepumpdontwork Thanks very much, good to hear the other medical condition didn't develop fully! They were both fantastic at the roles alright, they're a married couple, so their timing and interaction was very natural, great job by them

  • We Keep telling all you women, maybe now you will believe us :) God Bless Mary :)

  • Having suffered throught 23 years of marraige with Man flu, i can say that the strong support of your partner is invaluable. With more support from the extended female side your wifes family life can be tolerated. Excrutiating pain can be replaced with the comfort that your sisterinlaw gives you bed baths early ever morning. Home cooked Food can be tolerated but to vary your diet, it is important to keep intouch with your local takeaway. Merry xmas to my support team of 30.More help needed!.

  • mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm............poor fella:)

  • It fucking sickens me that people like you are basing your comedy on a serious illness that only effects Men. I have Manflu every Monday 8-)

mammydolittle.blogspot.com/2011/11/mamflu.html Hope you don't mind I've included your link:)

  • Very informative....that poor man. Unfortunately I heard a new mutant strain of the virus has been discovered. It called 'Mamflu'. Hope you don't mind I've included your link:)

  • "Some of the symptoms were brutal; I'd a red nose didn't I...?

I was in convulsions at this point!

  • "when I ask him to take the bins out, it just flairs up"

    Oh how I giggled

  • Women I know give me grief when I get manflu. But I always remind them that they are women and therefore cannot get manflu and so have no idea what we are going through. Just like we can't know what childbirth is like. I imagine manflu is worse.

  • Comment removed

  • I'm suffering from manflu right now, it really helps to know there are others out there who have got through it & aren't afraid to speak about it. Truly inspiring, thank you.

  • It brought a tear to my eye! This horrible illness needs more of this kind of awareness...well done!

  • I had 4 nurses round me, one of them gave me lemsip, one put on a lovely DVD and one wrote on my forehead............hahahahahaha

  • Not quite excited for me

  • the woman overuses the words "Ya know"!

  • BRilliant :P

  • Ah sure god love him. He looks delicate enough alright. Glad to see he has a supporting wife to nurse him back to health as is only right. A tipp man i'd say?

  • @farmer4230 If it was a tipp man he would have his mammy there slapping the wife for not noticing sooner.

And a Ham sandwich warped in tinfoil, cos you never know when you might need it

  • @farmer4230 not far off horse. ur right to think Buffalow, he's a Biff. lovely hurling

    Very funny though

  • hahaha...typical blooming man !!!!

  • cancer-aids-ebolia virus but the biggest killer of them all MANFLUE .jeasus I feel a sniffel coming on heading straight to a&e

  • Classic in the making here folks. Well done on this account of manflu.

I'm gonna watch this over and over again, and I might, now only MIGHT, show the wife. I'll have to make sure she'll be strong enough to watch it. She will be devastated.

  • MANFLU CHRIST ITS HARD WORK

  • It's in remission !! Lol. So is mine but it flares up when my wife asks me to do the washing up.. It's a terrible disease and hopefully they won't find a cure !! Lol !

  • one of them put a nice dvd on for me -- brilliant

  • i dont get it

  • Very Informative..... sorry got to rush now as my man appears to have Manflu he is lying on sofa and cant reach the remote for tv... Best get it for him. Bless him.

  • @ThePoppydee You are leading the way and are a shining light for others. Your husband will thank you properly when he is recovered. Now, he must rest.

  • God bless us brother. What courage you both show.

    Crying here.

  • Thank God there are people as brave as you to help spread the word about this terrible affliction. I thought I was the only one who has suffered, so it's good to hear there are other survivors out who I can talk to and use as a support network... Hic!

  • @LavishCreative Talking about it is the first step to recovery. Stay strong and make a list of your favourite DVDs, in case it flares up again

  • @LavishCreative Yes the word needs to be spread about this, I have found from my own experience that watching football in front of a nice fire, with a pint and a bacon sandwich tends to mitigate the worst effects of manflu. However, the danger of relapse by doing something like housework is a real danger.

  • Please tell all women about how serious this condition is for us men. Its so serious that noe female will ever understand just how bad this is and gets to us that have this terrible and debilitating illness. It lasts for weeks and can flare up at any time that we are asked to do something and we will have to sit and rest and recover as the thought of doing the job can be disastrous. Good luck my friend... Achhhhhhooooooo

  • Brilliant! Made me laugh out loud!

  • @auntieginzy Glad you enjoyed it, thanks for the comment.... and not typing lol :)

  • Soooo funny, I was crying laughing. Well done

  • well done .. and true.. women... tisk..

  • I was only getting seven or eight hours sleep a night..... LOL

  • Manflu is worse than child birth ! Bwahahaaaa

  • Outstanding acting. You played it totally straight and you nailed it. Well done all involved, Great stuff.

  • @Shmulvey Thanks very much! We appreciate the comment. You're right, if we had done it in any other way than completely straight and serious, it wouldn't have had the same results, Johnny Graham and his wife played the couple and they were brilliant, nearly each shot was done in one take, makes the work easy!

  • funniest video on youtube

  • Cough, splutter... LOL!!
