  • Fan is $6.99-8.99 at Target. They don't have to be Vitamin Water caps. Lol

  • the fan is $10 and the 4 vitamin waters are like $3 each... thats $22 .... false advertisements

  • 20$ for 2x120mm fans.

  • dude you said eat a dick lol wtf

  • lol'd @ "no homo" and few seconds later "Eat a dick"... The hell ?

  • Yeah but problem is that most users are right handed so the mouse would be in the path of air flow .... best thing would be to make a hole in the table and put a fan under the hole .... This makes table unusable for anything else but fuck IT ....

  • @hldemi ...Then put the fan on the other side? Umm... I'm sorry but were you seriously stumped by that?

  • @BRPhillis Fan on the other side would cold your playing hand and make blood circulate less thus allowing lower reflexes.... Not to mention that many right handed people put their laptop on the left side of the table so that their left hand would have enough mouse movement . Lower the mouse sens. the more movement required . So the vent on the left side is not much of an option for small or medium tables. Its bad option anyway . Fan has to be under the laptop , vertically pointing at its bottom

  • @hldemi Dude, no matter what side the fan is on, you hand is going to get fanned on. It's just air... It's not gonna kill ya. And a lot of people have desks that are more than 1 foot wide, so I'm pretty sure they would be able to put the fan on the other side...

  • @BRPhillis Its not going to get fanned if the fan is blowing from behind the laptop and sides are closed . Laptop cooling is ment for gaming . If fan is going to cool laptop which is about 70 C its gonna cool your hand . When hand is cooler the blood circulates slower so your reflexes are lowered . No big deal unless you are pro gamer . That aside the laptop cooling is best when air flow is vertically pointing at its bottom. So that warm parts are directly hit with air flow !

  • i shall go eat a dick, for i am gay XD

  • i would recommend turning those caps over and stick a little piece of rubber under it s oyou pc won't slide and damage your desk

  • does gatorade cap work i don't like vitiman water

  • fucking awesome video

  • No sir, I shall not eat A dick, good day, I SAID GOOD DAY SIR!

  • no homo

  • Thanks ! This worked great, but I took a big fan I had home and set the computer on candles... works awesome!

  • Holy shit man, I just googled 'how to cool a laptop' and lol'd at how we both have HP Pavilion's and I have one of those fans (black too) just sitting in my room.

  • i know what you mean, thoes laptop coolers' blow shit..

i use a 30 inch fan and a laptop stand.

  • LOL this dude reminds me of this kids i used to play wow with.

  • what if your sitting down and the laptop is over heating and its burning your lefg.. (well thats what mine does). and i dont have a computer desk to put it on how can i cool it off to not burn my leg and keep it cool?

  • ur basicly screwed XD

  • @hellishheavin101 Not really this works great, cools the computer like a freezer

  • Good idea. I didn't even think of using bottle caps. I've been using whatever random objects I can find to stick under my laptop. eat a dick

  • hahah no homo

  • lol i got the same laptop and the wireless receiver for the mouse

  • Thanks for the tip, I'll try it out. =]

  • i have that same laptop! haha it gets hot as fck too quick

  • lol me too :D

  • i use a seriously huge industrial sized fan and i just lay the lap top on top :P

  • haha lol the fan costs more than the computer

  • it was free :D and not to mention it cools me when i'm playing haha its like 4 feet tall

  • thats not bad and it really does work really good. I tried the Antec laptop cooler got it at staples for like 20.00 and its not working so I am using it for my DSL modem and it keep that baby cool. yeah.. I am going to get a few more small fans.. I learn the cooler your technolgy the better it will run and so far its working..

  • This is a good idea. I have an Odyssey L stand and use a Wal-Mart 10" fan ($9.99) that's aimed at the heat sinks of my Toshiba Qosmio X305 and it doesn't shut down inadvertently like before. This laptop really runs hot with video/music programs like VDJ but now with the fan, it's all good.

  • A ten inch fan? that is pretty big to lug around. but if it works, hey, why not? these little fans tilt/rotate upwards so it can hit the bottom of your laptop as well. depends how high you have your laptop.

  • yay
