Atleast 300% better. Seriously, Sigur Ros live is a completely life changing experience. None of these recordings do it justice.

I mean, Jonsi's singing is perfect - completely on-key and like the recordings. And the music.

I saw them at a festival where I live and it was captivating, it was like you were being drawn into this beautiful sea of music, and the performance was mind blowing. Any band is better live but very rarely is a band perfect live.

I am not religious at all, and agree partly with Ponyo, but when someone like flyinghirschh says have I died and gone to heaven - that is not a religious comment, merely a statement about how relaxing the music is. If someone says go to hell, doesnt mean they are religious the same way 'have I gone to heaven' isnt.
