I think it's him...he kinda sounds like a country singer here, though...he is from Louisiana afterall. I think he's trained his voice now, though. He sounds less "nasally".
But I don't think it's him singing it later in the show when Angela is crying in her room.
Oh yes its most definatly him=p. He has an amazing band now called 30 Seconds To Mars! I guess he sounds a little dif maybe but absolutly beautiful voice.
