Agree with many of you, even though I could appreciate different styles, Tam's is far more of my kind than Lee's. The recording quality wears out as time goes. Miss his voice. Lee earns credit for bringing this song to the younger generation's attention or many of them would not have known about it.

This is absolutely classic.

As long as I know, this song first appeared in a Japanese film back in 193x. The song then spread from Japan to Taiwan. And finally in 196x, the theme song was given Cantonese lyrics. It was then released in 1965.
