So he drives drunk, killing one and severely injuring an elderly in a crash, then fakes his own death in an attempt to escape the charges? I don't know what the fuck that judge was thinking, but 9 years was not nearly enough. Whether it was vehicular, voluntary, involuntary, etc., murder is murder, and should be sentenced accordingly.
