  • as its been noted already the original is just too good

  • Never heard this before. Thanks for turning me to on this now.

  • She sings the UK Garage tune, Be Sincere (by MJ Cole) !!

  • Remember my mum banging this tune out all the time when I was younger, now I'm grown I totally get why ;-)

From the days when music was great ....

  • I posted a comment about this song 3 months ago and just thought I'd listen again. Yeah, just as I thought, It still sounds fantastic. Look out for another comment from me about this song in 20 years, I bet it's still the same - sadly we wont be.! Have a good forever from Liverpool.

  • Been wanting to hear this for many years - was a teenager when I first heard it and fell in love with it..... Isn't the power of music so underated for memories?! As is the sense of smell....

Anyway, thanks for posting this - much appreciated, and I prefer it to the original also).

  • You're so right.

  • Just a PERFECT song. Great bass, vocals, brass & strings, clean & simple but just keeps thumping along. Great talent to turn an ordinary 80's Ladies song into this classic. Love to hear this, thanks for taking your time to list.

  • I've loved this version since hearing the song performed by Nova many years ago at a live venue in Wandsworth, London. I do have the same copy as depicted on screen. It is as good today as it was at that time. . . great vocals . . . great music . . . a Tony Blackburn favourite too. Nova, where ever you are, whatever you do . . . Love you!

  • Met Nova Casper a few years ago, nice lady she was with a Rod Stewart tribute, and she was doing a tribute to Tina Turner in Lowestoft where i was deejaying, she also does a tribute to Shirley Bassey.I remember this record being quite big in the 80's,and i believe she didn't get paid a lot to record on this session for Bluebird.I imagine this track to be quite collectable now.

  • This takes me back. Still love it after all these years. 1986 I think?

    thanks for posting.
