  • This is great!! I love the pattern instructions too - very clear. I'm HORRIBLE at visualizing and making sense of things, but I feel confident in following your step by step and coming up with something decent. Thanks so much for sharing!

  • @Kilyra (SSL) Thank you for that! I originally made this on a grid-like fabric and just snip snipped until I got to something I liked... then I went through the actual calculations it would have taken to get there. So essentially, I made the first one backwards.

  • You are AMAZING!! I'm just starting to get into sewing(still learning stitches ect) you're inspirational! Definitely subbing

  • @BadgeBunnyDiva - Good luck! I barely sat for stitches and I could have saved looooots of time if I'd practiced the theory of sewing lol.

  • girl, this is amazing! i love it and plan to make one of these...thanks!

  • @missliss68 - Once you get past the intricacies, this project is addicting... I made four of these that are just one-ways, not reversible.

  • perfect..i'm making my second :-),thanks to u

  • @TheMwesh - Second? Rawr. So glad it's useful :)

  • Major points for keeping it simple!!! Too cute.

  • cool vid.i just wish i had a sewing machine.....oh and i fed ur ninja fishes..

  • @Dizz086 Thank you! They get so hungry! Anyway, you can definitely hand-sew one of these if you make an irreversible vest. The first two I made were just single sided. A whip stitch around the edges should work just fine.

  • You're so cool :D

  • good job dear!!

thanks for your hard work <3

  • good job looks really good

  • greeeeeeat!!!!! :D

  • I absolutely love you right now. I have been looking for a way to make a vest exactly like this one. Major major points for being awesome and you just got yourself a new subby. Be talking to you soon for advice and stuff.

  • @buttonpusher21 - Thanks for your support! (Sorry so late) I'm trying to do a new super simple one with a hood, so hopefully that'll work out sometime this week :)

  • gone girl.. love it

  • I looked on your blog for the pattern but I couldnt find it. very funny blog!

  • @chick165 - It's actually got its own page... Right under the fish, you'll see "Halter Pattern" and you'll find the steps there.

  • @khayotikk found it! Thanks!

  • im confused how are you suppose to measure to make the pattern??

  • @zexycutiepie411 - You'll find the patternmaker at khayotikk.blogspot.com under the Halter Vest Pattern page. I tried to make it simple, but if you have any questions, feel free to ask.

  • you should sign up on threadbanger and show them this

  • @RicePudden - I have! I'm Khayotikk on there as well. Nobody really paid much attention to it, though.
