  • "at last it's the final week" ... yeah, but the "first week" was last week -,-

  • HOW is she 54kg and now 48kg!! i'm 53 kg's and I have an eating disorder, i'm to thin .. or that's what people say, my back is all bones .. she's just not thin at all at 54kg :/ wttttfff

  • WTF!?!?!?!?! She went from the upper end of normal to the middle of normal and she's acting like she became annorexic. I bet she edited this piece herself.

And we have the fat doctor telling her she needs to go back up to the upper-range and fatten up, even though she was well in the middle of the healthy range.

Also, they edited the piece to make it seem like all weightloss is bad, but they used stupid and idiotic crash-dieting.

  • anyone who starts off working out like that is going to hate it straight off and probably never do it again. you have to begin your workout slowly and build up, this way you are much more likely to stick to it and enjoy it. this whole 2 week thing is not good in anyway and IMO, it will have long-lasting damage on her body.

  • she doesnt need a diet. she needs targetted body work out to make her body looks better, more proportioned.

  • I'd like to discover whether any individual got word of DietOramy body fat loss program program (google for additional information)? I've discovered about it from a friend of mine who really dropped lots of excess weight, however he's a bit like a nut, so is there anyone conventional around =) to help confirm the actual efficiency of this eating plan?

  • please she was thin to begin with lol. She isn't like bone thin

  • I've seen this new eating routine referred to as DietOramy (explore google) - my mother said she started out working with it and already got rid of couple of lbs, without feeling starving or even exhausted in any way... what do you think, has anybody used it however?

  • TWO WEEKS. Grow a pair, seriously!

  • she has to be small right? because if she was 5ft9 theres no way she would have fit into that size 6, she looked like a size ten to me...

  • @MsMeshu A size 6 in England (or the UK) is a size 2 in America

  • She's not even skinny at the end....

  • @ukgreaterlondon what about building muscle and keeping a healthy heart?

  • I think it's odd how she's like "Oh, it's scary that these extreme diets could turn your towards an eating disorder. I mean, I was obsessed with food!" when after her diet she says "I really want a burger" -_-

  • i can't do a 500 calorie diet daily but i can do no more than one thousand calorie daily .

exersise with low calorie diet is self harm .

no one needs exersice just diet only .

  • If that is an OASIS dress, which it looks like, I feel I should mention their sizes run big. I could fit a size UK6 without dropping those two dress sizes in that shop.

  • @eizhowa it's a dress from quiz, no idea whether their sizing runs big or not tho :)

  • I can't see the bones here that she' s mentioning. I mean, I have the same BMI as she had trying that dress (or almost, my are between 19 and 20), and do not look bony at all. I can tell, that when I started to look bony, I had a BMI of 18 and started to have headaches and bad skin at BMI 17 (I was struggling with my eating disorder at this time). I DO NOT say that she looks fat or something, just think she dramatize it.

  • @Jenhau1 I agree. I could see signs of the first bones with a BMI of 18. Luckily I saw that as a warning sign and put some weight on.

  • Which bones exactly? No curves? Has she seen this video? @2.15 she has curves a-plenty.

  • Why did i watch this..........

  • Oh come on, all the comments at the end of the show. "I coulden`t do it in a million years" - and so on. Like you guys said: ITS TWO WEEKS!! It sounds like shes been fasting for years.

  • She looks better after tbh...

  • @anime2192 As just stated,1000 calories a day IS an insanely low ammount for an adult for ANY period of time. A 2-3 year old is recommended to have an intake of 1000-1400 daily depending on their activity levels. A healthy amount of calories is approx 2000 so you won't find that in most books if you're reading something factual.

  • @vitaminpeace only just saw this so only just read your comment. 1000 calories a day IS an insanely low ammount for an adult for ANY period of time. A 2-3 year old is recommended to have an intake of 1000-1400 daily depending on their activity levels.

  • 1000 calories really isn't that extreme...like i am in NO WAY Pro-ana but like... in most books you'll find that an adult woman should only be consuming around1300-1500 calories anyway so....

  • She's not even punching the punchbag.

    What a lazy bitch.

  • 'At last it's the final week...' lol shut up you're on a two week regime

  • @MushroomLake That's exactly what I thought!

  • @MushroomLake hahahahahaha! i was totally thinking that...

  • Bodybuilders diet for 2-3 months for competitions, big deal, they don't cry and moan about it. The diet she was given was a bit sparse but bigger portion sizes, some nuts/seeds/fish with cheese/yoghurt and thats what I eat 5 days a week. BBC's super slim me/C4's Super Skinny Me was a lot better in tackling the issue. Also at the end of it, she did not look underweight to be honest. BMI is not accurate either for how weight affects your health, look at Rugby players and asian women.

  • Gosh how can a woman wear size 6 with an BMI of 20 ?!

  • You can lose a stone in 2 weeks?

Holy crap I am trying this extreme dieting shit!

  • Omg, how many reporters are going to do this "experiment" before they realise it doesn't "highlight the dangers" - All it does is show that it can be done!!

The only person to do a remotely good job with a programme like this was Dawn Porter.

  • @Missyme2704 exactely!!

  • seriously, I eat 1000 calories a day and work out as my lifestyle. this woman is beyond irritating. suck it up. and how tall is she? a 23" waist, really? she must be under 150cm

  • seriously, I eat 1000 calories a day and work out as my lifestyle. this woman is beyond irritating. suck it up.

  • mmkay, looks like 99% of the viewers have eating disorders and think there's nothing wrong with what she did and are actually bitter towards her love for life and eating normally?? i have an ED too but at least i can fucking see that it's all messed up and wish i could have her mindset!!!

  • I want the fucking trainer. And she should stop wining. A lot of people go on extreme diets

    Me:

Morning: 1 small piece of dark bread

Lunch: 1 small apple with skimmed milk

Evening: 1 or 2 potatoes and veggies

  • lol "such an extreme diet"

  • She looks a little different. But she needs to eat.

  • Goodness, she's annoying.

  • so she was on a diet for 2 weeks. wow, that's a lot of dedication. please! come on. that's nothing

  • So what's her normal eating? burgers and fries? Chicken and Broccoli sounds VERY healthy to me...

  • why am i not famous for my diet?

morning: oatmeal with skin milk and raisins

    snack: proteïn shake

afternoon: salad with veggies, no dressing and some smoked salmon

    snack: proteïn shake

evening: steak or chicken with lotsa veggies and some fat free no sugar yoghurt

    snack: some roasted salted corn.

training: 45 minutes of jogging per day and 3 days a week bodybuilding.

i'll tell you why i'm not famous for it. because it takes time and dedication.

  • @23viktor23 Wow that's inspirational, thank you for posting. I agree, because it takes time and dedication, you're so right! Are you in great shape I assume? I may copy your diet as I'm obese and have decided that it's finally time to end this craziness and get my health back.

  • @Bookwirm yes i am in great shape and yes you may copy

  • this is so wrong she was perfectly healthy at da start y wud u mess around nd try an extreme diet she doesnt no the hell of an eating disorder its fucking stupid 2 do this shit :L

  • I started extreme dieting when I was 12. The difference is, I;ve never said "screw it I'm getting a burger!" Now I'm afraid to go above 999 calories. I thought the trainer was a jerk. "if you dont do this, you let me down." Geez. Jerky much?

  • this lady is ridiculous...really? you are at a healthy bmi of 20...you are not anywhere below 18.5. Not only that, instead of eating a healthy meal she goes straight for a burger...really? That's not wise at all. She is doing damage by not staying healthy. Her stomach is a lot smaller now, would you feed a baby a hamburger? No, you wouldn't because a baby's body couldn't take it. It's the same for her body right now. She will probably end up throwing up that burger. That's really ridiculous.

  • She could have lost that one stone/14 pounds slowly over the span of a few months. She's acting like she's completely skeletal, which she is not.

  • This is nothing compared to bodybuilders.

  • She definitely looks better after losing weight. but she shouldn't have lost it so fast and with such a tough regime. IT'S DANGEROUS!!!!!!!

  • A BMI of 20 is in no way underweight.

  • It sounds like a terrible thing to say, but she seemed fat when she started and she seems fat now too. When I went into a store and got a size six I was heartbroken I couldn't get into a size five. And I'm fat. Maybe it's a height thing. She must be really really really short... right? o.O

  • @GentleGeisha ...size five? Where do you live? Size six is pretty damn thin!

  • @izzardish19 I live in Canada. I'm 5'6, 120 pounds. I've lost weight since that last comment, I might fit a size five now :3

  • Viva The drama!! hahaha 2 or 3 weeks making a program to be on youtube and then saying that looking pretty in that beautiful dress doesn't feels like her?? please.

  • Is it sad that I scoffed at the comment "She's a little slip of a thing"? Perhaps it's all that toxic culture speaking, but I think she'd be prettier with some further weight loss.

  • She looks better after her weight loss. She should try to stick to that new look . Also is she serious about losing curves? She still got rolls of fucking fat. O_O She still has the curves. I think people these days mistake fat = curves. That is all wrong.

  • ugh i don't know why they always ask men what they prefer. i'm not going to start eating just because a couple fat unattractive men like fatter women. it's not about that at all.

  • @myaprilstory - do you know nothing about BMI - obviously because healthy BMI is 18.5-25 anything above 25 is overweight and anything above 30 is obese. Please before you make a uninformed comment do some research. It's apparent that you have some distorted thinking concerning what is and what isn't healthy - as a physician in training I think you should look into your own body image issues just to be healthy

  • bmi of 22 is the beginning of overweight. BMIi of 20 is just the healthy range. it's not even the thin range. why would she want to gain back her weight.

  • @myaprilstory A BMI of 25 is the beginning of overweight. A BMI of 20 is the bottom end of healthy.

  • she looks a little like gail off coronation st

  • Why the eff would she want the 'curves' back? She looks so much better and thinner without!

  • you totally liked the bones sticking out! baloney

  • I've got the impression that we're switching from unhealthy underweight thinking to a comfortable but unhealthy overweight thinking. People just want to be lazy, that's all about this new fat movement.

  • This IS hilirious! BMI 20 is NOT the beginning of underweight *loool* WTF. Besides BMI is not everything. The amount of fat and muscles in ur body is more important. This woman is just a weak person.

  • She looked healthier after the diet!

  • Okay, that's enough. "Super Slim Me" was interesting because it was a novel idea at the time; now it's over, done, kill it with fire. An out of shape idiot talking about how horrible it is to exercise and crying because she can't eat a burger is not serious journalism, and it definitely doesn't shed any light on eating disordered mentality.

  • Really?! Bones hanging out?! There are no bones.

Just no more fat rolls. Omg.. I'm getting thumbs down, but it's okay.

I just had to say that

  • what was the point of this program? All she did was go on a strict crash diet for two weeks and moaned alot.

  • i like the pretty girl with pimples........

  • her running form is so poor

  • 2 weeks? come on woman! hahaha! 2 weeks is nothing, have years with that disorder then talk

  • the embracing of curves does NOT mean you have to belittle skinny people. I wish the media would realize that it doesn't matter what men find attractive.

  • @notransitory1 Right on! The overwhelming majority of overweight people has seemed to make it alright to crap on skinnies, but we all know slim people are waaaay healthier. What a paradox. And no, I'm not talking about damn concentration camp anorexics, I'm talking bout SLIM. Check your references, for fuck's sake. Jessica Biel, Hally Berry are slim; Beyonce and Johanssen are curvy, Ditto is a monster. wtf

  • @yogirl515 I agree that it is a paradox!! They're propping up curvy women at the expense of thin ones, attempting to empower women, when all they're doing is shaming them for being "too thin". Of course there are always health risks in being extremely thin or extremely overweight, but that's beside the point, really! It's a whole big mess, and it's annoying that they're twisting it and making it all about male approval rather than actually wanting women to genuinely feel good about themselves.

  • dumb bitch

  • How dramatic for just 2 weeks on a 1000 calorie diet!! I don't know how she managed to lose 14 pounds though. 14 pounds is 49000 calories, which would mean a 3500 calorie deficit per day. Hmm... How strange!!

  • @larauc well if she was eating salty foods, then she could been retaining a bit of water weight. Plus exercise burns calories and builds muscle, which ends up burning more fat. But my money is on the water weight she lost. When I was 190 lbs, I lost 15 lbs in one month because I was eating salty, processed foods.

  • @larauc You gotta remember: her exercise regime is strict as heeelll. You burn so many calories by exercising alone - add a personal trainer, longer hours and more intense workout, and you'll burn soooo much more

  • this woman is delusional. and hilarious.

  • Lady if you would have done that in 1 month with proper intake of fruits and veg you wouldnt be crying so much!!! being from a developing country we have half poeple who are size zero but they are healthy bcoz they WORK HARD instead of being a couch potato!!

  • why didnt i see these bones shes talking about? ... i still saw some fat rolls on the back, maby thats just flabby skin? ... i dont know i dont see bony at all. In another matter, how tall is she? im 5ft4 and about 60kg ... i have alot of muscle mass, my sister is really skinny, and shes about 54kg.. i have 6kg more muscle mass then her so i weigh more, if i was 48 kg i´d be dead ! or atleast look dead haha

  • she's so used to the 'regime'? After what, a week and a half? Right, sure.

  • she's lying, she loves how she looks.,

  • HER FACE IS A SIZE 20

  • She is such a drame queen!! It is so annoying.

  • She's the only person I've seen on these docs that looks healthy dieting down to a UK size 6:D I think it's her full cheeks but also her shape - she has about 2 stone to go to become anything near bony.

  • it's been only one week and she's trying to act like an anorexic, come on!

  • her body was ugly before the diet.

and her body is ugla after the diet.

  • the bloody doctor needs 2 loos weight lol!!!!

  • whats up with the UK making all these shows of people dropping a bunch of dress sizes or dieting to a size 0 in a short time period??? the only thing i got out of this was oh hey look i can look better in 2 weeks but eating half he food i eat in a day. GREAT!

  • lmao...this was SO STUPID! it was ONLY TWO FUCKING WEEKS!!! what a drama queen... i don't think she looks much different and i can't believe she broke down crying because she was eating 1000 cal a day L-O-LLLLLLLLLLL!!! omg omg she's totally anorexic!!! : -O ...and what is up with the UK doing like hundreds of the same kinda shows about dieting to drop sizes in a short period. funny.

  • Though she did it the "wrong" way, she looks...better. She lost some of her pudge and fat rolls. If I saw this, I'd think, "...so in two weeks I can look a lot better? Can do." Lol. Wrong message.

  • LMAO They're so dramatic. What a silly woman.

  • what is a stone??? 14 pounds??

  • This isn't extreme. 1000cals is my NORMAL intake. They totally and completely over-exaggerated every aspect of this documentary to scare females from eating disorders. This was a waste.

Watch Super Slim Me instead lol.

  • @chobitsgrlx3 I like that show better . :) alooot betta

  • um mayb if she didnt eat the same every nyt n did it over a longer period of time she wudnt have found it hard at all im sorry but its not onli chicken n broccoli that r low in cals ....... she makes it sound like she ate nothing

  • I'm not so sure about this...1000 calories per day is not an insanely low amount for a 2 week period unless perhaps she was burning more via exercise than it looks like she was. I also don't see the boniness she described...but that might just be because she has a very round head that makes her look chubbier than she is. Either way, this is sensationalist journalism and it bores me to death.

  • this documentary is ridiculous!!! They exagerate everything...1000 calories a day is NOT a crash diet, doing it for 2 weeks is NO big deal, not affecting your health and she has not even one bone sticking out,she could even lose some more....and she's way far from having or developing an eating disorder...so,waste of time....

  • @TheEgyptianOne My words... 1000cals a day is a lot for a "crash diet", it´´s almost a normal diet. With so many cals i woudn´t be hungry at all because you can eat so many things...

  • im 14 i ate about a thousend cals of less for 2 weeks and lost 15 pounds

  • whats the song in the backrouund called?!?!

  • @scenegirl135 lily allen - the fear :)

  • i kinda understand h ow she feels cause i ve lst 10 pounds in 2 week with a low cal diet and exercxise its kinda hard to contrl the body ur left with but lol i have not seen bones yet .. also i went to the doctors and he said im very healthy soo im good and my emotion behaviour is much better now

  • she is so stupid,....she was only on the friggin diet for 2 weeks!!!! and bones hangin out...she wishes lol

  • @shawnabayybee1 EXACTLY!

  • funny how they always use lily allen songs in these kind of documentarys :P

  • I am so surprised how thin she was to start with. It's her face that is so chubby. SHe just needs to get the fat pads in her cheeks taken out. A lot of people do it. It's the only way to get rid of chipmunk cheeks.

  • She was the wrong woman to do this experiment..

  • @hihipuffybby í totally agree

  • Bones sticking out? She just lost her little fat rolls, God forbid! I think they are taking the thought of anarexia to the extreme more than anything else. Being on a strict diet for 2 weeks has little to do with people with serious eating disorders.

  • You're right. She actually looks healthier.

  • @jfknightom , LOL

  • @jfknightom That is how it starts tho!!

  • @alliek2003 I have to respectfully disagreeing with you on this. I think her showing herself wanting to fit into a dress as being a reason for an eating disorder only makes people who really have this issue sound way too simplified. Obviously she didn't get this disorder and let's be honest, she doesn't exactly seem strong minded here. I think many people go on crash diets to expect results, I don't think it gives them an eating disorder.

  • @jfknightom While doing this doesn't automatically give you an eating disorder, as somebody who's experienced the world of eating disorders first hand, it is the gateway to it. That's what I meant.

  • @alliek2003 I get that part, but I just thought this documentary did a poor job of showing the real mental state of how someone really is thinking about this. Obviously she didn't even have a problem with how she felt she looked, so I felt it was pointless. The eating disorder has too many mental aspects of it, which were neglected in this, as she only went through the physical part of it and not the actual feelings of having an eating disorder. I just thought it was pointless without that.

  • @alliek2003 i know what you mean because when you shed some weight and ppl tell you you look great you continue to lose more and more. eventually you lose control and then the depression sets in. ppl who don't eat adequately and enough put a lot of stress on their body, this could lead to depression. sometimes you don't know if someone lost that weight through healthy means or not.

  • @jfknightom this in such a short time, most anorexic do this for years and years,,imadgine that progress in 4-5 months,,thats why she is whining,,,

  • surely she could have had a more varied diet

  • these shows make me hungry ...

  • whatever, she sucks

  • she doesn't look thin or anything :S

  • I know..I think she's got cheeks...dunno what she's talking about when he talk about "bones hanging out" and "lack of curves.

  • She looked better with a BMI of 20.

  • 20 is not bordering on underweight. 18.5 is bordering on underweight.

  • Some Dr's and health professionals are pushing it up to 19 or 20 now. It really depends on your height and body shape. My Dr's want me at a BMI of at least 20 as I'm 5'10. But everyone's different.

The BMI for anorexia used to be 16 or 16.5 and now it's 17, so things are changing a bit. Maybe that's because lots of people are overweight now so the minimum weights are going up... who knows.

In my opinion, BMI has too many problems to be used on its own. You need to have a Dr look you over.
